Yea ...well if he is a total mess, he would be better than what we have or what we would get with the establishment crowd... Its the sane establishment folks that have made the mess we have.
Mitspa - If you notice, its sort of this ''world revolves around me - - I am owed everything free'' attitude type that are voting for Hillary.

rump is an embarrassment to this country. He has no moral compass. It is so disheartening that so many believers have fallen for his incomprehensible babble; he can't complete a sentence. You have fallen under his spell. :(

He is a multi-billionair and he is winning.. He is honest...that puts him ahead of 99% of the politicians already. If he was a criminal ..he would be better than anything we have had ..at least he has some common sense .

Im having the best time reading this thread. Honestly. Wouldn't people WANT someone with a back bone to stand up for their country? Or, have we become so politically correct that we have to sit cross - legged with a cup of tea as we hold our pinky up in the air and discuss whether or not we should have our napkin on our table or on our lap.

I already answered my question.

There is something known as a person having the courage of their convictions. Trump has no convictions whatsoever. Every Social/Political issue that he has made a statement concerning, he has changed that stand several times in the last several decades. A "backbone" suggest that a person has the courage to stand for their convictions no matter what, and not compromise them for Political expediency or self enrichment.

Trump ONLY cares about Trump. Enriching the Trump Brand.

Now, if you see this as having a backbone, vote for him. Your choice. However, do not suggest that those who recognize the lies he has told, the hypocrisy his public life has exhibited, his bigoted comments for the last eight months, and his bragging about paying off Politicians to get what he wants..............do not suggest these people are wimps or some such. Many of us Christians HAVE the courage of our convictions, and we WILL NOT compromise them just to win an election.

This is clearly false..Trump has already paid a heavy price on his "brand" all around the world and especially in the middle east where he had very large projects going and he has put his money where his mouth is ...unlike the rest of those guys who spend other peoples money to try and get elected.. Trump, win or lose has cost himself a lot of business by speaking the truth that no one else had the courage to speak. For that alone..he deserves my support ... He has taken on this PC insanity and has won... He is a hero in my book...win or lose.

I agree to most of this, but for one thing. Despite Trump's highly egotistical and individualistic nature I have come to believe he does have one selfless conviction, and you can sorta see it in his speeches. Even his slogan hints at it, Make America Great Again.

I believe Trump looks at the current state of America and is in total dismay. I think this is what drives Trump. He sees America rightly that it has become utterly absurd and is on the brink of collapsing in every way, politically, culturally, economically, militarily, and religiously. This election will be the most important election of my lifetime thus far. It is emblematic of a watershed moment. America's destiny for a revival or total destruction is at hand. Only two candidates can even hope to lead to a revival, Kasich and Trump. The rest just vary in degrees of illegitimacy, inexperience, and incompetence.

END QUOTATION.........

This isn't even legit. Do you and others NOT remember Obama's mantra during the 2008 Election Campaign? How he was going to make America great again. How the world was gonna LOVE us again? Trump is simply recycling the verbiage that worked for Obama in 2008.

For the sake of argument, how exactly would Trump achieve this re-Greatness of America? Presidential Proclamation?

Here ye, here ye, I iz now da Pres............AMERICA IS GREAT AGAIN!

There is very little Trump, or any of the others can do without the two Houses of Congress working with him/them.

I agree with what you're saying. My point is not so much that just because Trump has that as a slogan means it will happen. Merely it's a window into Trump's mind. Along with other prevalent themes in his speeches, it gives you an idea of how he sees things. Whether this will translate into him winning, whether him winning would translate into good things, that we shall see. Nevertheless you can gauge his mentality, just the same as with Obama's secularist mentality and how it was displayed from his slogans and speeches.

NO president nor any politician can make America great again.
It can happen only when people turn back to God.
And that ain't going to happen.

I have come to the conclusion that Trump is the greatest politician of all time. Greater than Bill Clinton or Obama.
He is telling people what they want to here and they believe him.
Ignorance!

I agree, but then American politics and government is a huge part of American identity. I suppose this is where government and politics is legit as it pertains to Christianity. Lol in fact it's a lil fun for in the American system we have a large degree of scrutiny fairly afforded to us by the servants themselves by their own laws that they staunchly defend.

Either way though if the Christians don't at least have a few pplz to play politics, others will instead, and not good factions either, even the most absurd pagans and heretics maybe in all history. Then also the American government's massive system and reach that affects not only our lives, but the lives of many people in many nations. It's true I suppose a government such as America's cannot totally enforce straight out Christian utopic rule, but the absurd politics and legalism in America is so vast we can make a push by Christianizing the government to some degree.

Don't be disheartened Sir Scorea. Just as all seems lost and the world is falling to pieces, there is still a slim chance to turn the tide, but a chance nonetheless, praise Jesus.

There is so much of an attitude of my way or no way that we may have reached a point of not being governable anymore.

Jerry Falwell Jr. of Liberty University endorses Trump. Honestly, and get angry if you want, but Evangelicals who are supporting Trump and intend to vote for Trump should spend some time in sincere prayer, and revisit the Gospel of Christ prior to doing so.

That is my opinion. And we all know what opinions are worth right? This kind of thing reveals how some believer are quite willing to "check their Faith at the door" when they enter the voting booth.

Would Jesus do that?
