Sleep habits. Are you a roller? Traveller around your bed? Sleep on your front, back, fetal position, running man position? Snore? A blanket shifter? A pillow flipper? Talker? Walker?

Mine kind of differs I guess. I can't really pinpoint it on fetal, yearner, running man, starfish, or freefaller.

Not sure...I'm usually unconscious during that point. I've been told that I move, but not wildly. Apart from that, I just shift into whatever position is comfortable at the time, and change when it fails to be so.

I am most comfortable on my side. My husband says I talk in my sleep. He told me the other night I sat up and punched a pillow three times and went back to sleep. I don't know why. But he says that I talk in my sleep just about every night.

I toss and turn and roll and it will get so bad that a freshly made bed will be a complete and utter mess by morning. The sheets are pulled up and my parents are just baffled. I sleep on my side. And it varies whatever spot/position I end up in. lol. I've been told I snore. I've been told my sis once that I talk in my sleep. But I'm not sure if she was teasing or not...

I fall asleep on my stomach with one arm under my pillow and one knee hanging over the edge of the bed. I wake up on the ceiling.

Well, close enough.

I'm apparently a dangerous sleeper.

I sleep with 3 pillows under my head in asymmetrical order. A noise machine that simulates the sound of rain, the air conditioner at 66 degrees and a fan on. I start off on my left side, but when i'm starting to fall asleep i turn on my stomach.

I'm completely serious.

I like to sleep in fetal position especially when it’s cold with the duvet over my head. :p
Snoring is the most annoying sleep habit. Just sayin'...

I sleep on stomach, one hand under pillow, other hand down side, one of my legs is bent in, so I look like a flamingo on one leg. But I end up in the living room, one my back, with my feet up on the sofa hehe. Joke, But I end up on my back with one leg over the bed. But that's when I finally get some sleep. my sleeping pattern, well I don't have one anymore lol

I generally fall asleep on my right side hugging a pillow. I've been told I sometimes talk in my sleep, but I don't sleep walk or sleep drive.

I have a full bed and I sleep pretty much diagonally across it. I usually start off on my right side, then when I know I'm about ready to fall asleep, I flip over to my left side. I usually wake up on my back. I sleep with a fan on at night, no matter how cold, for the noise. I also hold my stuff unicorn against me. I've had her for over 10 years now and I take her with me most places that I go to spend the night. I'm not ashamed!!

"Sleep' is an interesting word. The Devil is NOT idle at the nighttime, do NOT let him foothold is snaky body on you then. When you wake up in the middle of the night, grab a bible or a good wholesome book that will help you fall back to sleep, that's what I try to do, or, just think about what the next day all I have to do and good thoughts and, of course, pray to God to get me back to sleep, this is the best thing, the latter, that is :) The Lord leads. :)

Running man position usually, constantly flipping the pillow to the cool side, with the ceiling fan on. Oh, and I MUST have my socks on. I can't sleep if my feet are icy.

Truthfully, a lot of nights I end up sleeping in a cushy chair in the livingroom. I like it better than my bed. :)

I sleep with a lot of tossing and turning. Haha. And i love hugging a pillow or bolster because it gives you a sense of security and comfort at the same time. I think it has become a habit for me because i have been hugging a pillow/bolster since i was a baby.:)
