I'm a pillow flipper and lie in the running man position. I also am a foot tucker. I can't wear socks at night, but I fold the duvet under my feet, so they keep warm and my feet will be protected from the creature living under my bed :p

Sleep habits. Are you a roller? Traveller around your bed? Sleep on your front, back, fetal position, running man position? Snore? A blanket shifter? A pillow flipper? Talker? Walker?
oopsie , I got this thread wrong, I thought it was how do I sleep, as in how do I sleep when, oh, never mind.

Anyhoo, I sleep on my side. I don't snore but have been known to talk in my sleep although this is just rumor to me :D I like a semi-soft pillow and never walked in my sleep, that I can remember.

I am not sure what the 'running man' position is, but, arwenbaggins, I did thing it was a good movie :D

I hate wearing socks to bed and avoid it unless my feet are freezing and just will not warm up.

One time, I went to bed without socks on and woke up WITH socks on. It was so strange, I guess I was cold and didn't remember putting them on halfway through the night...

I'm not a touchy-feely person and rarely accept hugs, but...
I sleep hugging a pillow.
But I'm still tough!

I can't sleep with socks on either. And I like the room to be cold when I sleep. If it's too hot, my insomnia is way worse.

I sleep with a lot of tossing and turning. Haha. And i love hugging a pillow or bolster because it gives you a sense of security and comfort at the same time. I think it has become a habit for me because i have been hugging a pillow/bolster since i was a baby.:)

What's a bolster? Is it a stuffed animal?

I get real hot in my sleep, too. I sweat. bleh
I can only sleep with socks when I'm having cold spells- then I prefer those really long knee socks I always get for Christmas lol

Think really boring thoughts. :p

But in serious, maybe try soft music, or reading before bed? Also a nice, warm bath before bed might help to relax.
