girl: Jullianna (it's not my real name) :)
boy: Caleb (powerful Bible dude) or Benjamin (sounds like a very strong guy's name to me) or Shelby (cos Mustangs rule :) )

I named my son after the first disciple to bring people to Christ. :)
You can't pick Caleb, i picked it first! *poke

I just for once want to meet a christian couple that is having their 1st child & when someone asks them what are you naming it,they say something like, "Damien" or "Cain"...yanno...the unpopular Bible names. It's too bad Hitler went & made his name so unpopular..I really think the name Adolf is awesome for a dog.

cat's names:

Marty (he came pre-named)
Inkblot (or Inky) - named after the Rorschak inkblot tests. She is black and always in a different shape on the floor and it's fun to play games about what you "see" in the shape.

I am easily amused.

Maybe we'll just call YOU Ignatius now... :p
No, that's okay. I'll be good now, I promise. *halo hovers above head* :D

Hmmm... hypothetical children with hypothetical names.

Maternal instincts are clearly running amuck in the singles forum.

Single girls discussing baby names always makes me feel... frightened.
Eeew don't call me maternal for posting here. Babies weird me out. I don't have any desire to produce a human being. Believe me.

I just wanted to be creative. :p

I would have done the same if someone started a "what would you name your hypothetical boat?" thread....only, ya know....I'd pick something more boaty, and less humany.

Two things. I know a girl with that name.....and i'm not totally sure Mustangs rule either. :p

I've never given much thought to baby names (I know, shocking), but girls names that I wouldn't mind my wife having I've given some thought to. haha

Yeah, but Shelby on a boy, sounds like a name that would get him beat up a lot, haha. I can only think of one Shelby i've known, a girl, and she pretty much left me with a bad thought about that name, since i always think of her. Ugh..

These are names of some of the rabbits I've had. We couldn't name all the littermates of Jesse and Cookie's offspring because there were too many and we were would be giving them new homes soon anyway. :p

My husband did, with both kiddos...he picked our son's name, and argued with me about all the girl names I picked for 3 months... :D

Hermione Faye (Faye is my grandmothers name, hermione from Harry potter)
Edmund Lewis (Edward Lewis is a family name, but I like Edmund better. And it's a charecter from chronicles of narnia)

im named from a charecter from a book, and wanted to continue the tradition.

It's ok, I crash this place all the time, me and my married self. They haven't been able to get rid of me, though maybe they're all plotting...hmm...
