Well, Pennywise, from Stephen King's "IT", hasn't done anything to quell the public's fear of clowns.

Mirrors freak me out, cuz then I see myself Lol aha

On a serious note, earwigs, cockroaches anything like that, especially when you go and lift something up and this gangly weird looking bug is underneath.

I can't believe I forgot to put earwigs on my list! I almost swallowed one once. It was hiding in the straw in my tea glass :/ Took a drink, something wiggled, freaked out...yeah.

I can go one better - eating part of a millipede in the underside of a giant mushroom. Yikes! That taste was awful. Needless to say, I didn't touch mushrooms for a couple weeks after that incident.

Urgh! Gross! Haha add millipedes to my list, too.

Glad you lived through that :p

Barely, but thanks.
In horror, I spat the millipede out. The flavour was disgusting and long-lasting. I washed my mouth out numerous times. The taste still lingered. I had some sweet-chilli sauce, still it remained. I had some milk - it was still there. I had some orange juice. Eventually the taste departed but it took too long for my liking!

The thought of lice, fleas, bedbugs or anything like that terrifies me. We stayed in a cabin on the river in August and the beds had bedbugs. I freaked out... We came home and washed every possible piece of material we had with us before it entered the house, and prayed nothing got in. (Thankfully nothing got in. Otherwise we'd have had to BURN THE BEDS! Ahhhh...)

More stuff to add to my list! AAHHHH!!! I lived with a room mate a loooong time ago and she had a zoo...rabbits and cats and dogs and gerbils...and also fleas. Well, SHE didn't...I mean, the animals did. And they were EVERYWHERE. In the rug. In the beds. It was totally gross and horrifying and when I moved out, I left most of my possession behind.

The sound of children singing creeps me out.
