:O Yes! It's also on my bucket list to milk a cow, so that would be pretty fantastic.

I've never had sheep's milk either, so I can't say that I know! My name in Hebrew means "little lamb" so it'd also be cool to have a fluffy sheep. :)

DuchessAimee, I would give up milk for three days to be friends with you! I don't know if I could go longer than three days, though. ;) But that's saying something!

You're forgiven!

I need to be able to like this post multiple times. If the order were reversed, I would click "like" so hard that my mouse would implode.

Talk to Robo about it. He takes suggestions about the site. Maybe it could be added.

Oooh. Maybe Robo could do an auto-like script. Any post that mentions bacon and chocolate (especially dark chocolate) in the same positive vein automatically get tagged, "Shouryu likes this times ELEVENTY BILLION AND THREEVE!!!"

Is this an SNL Will Ferell Jeopardy reference? :O

Remember when SNL was funny? Sigh. I miss it. Jack Handy, Will Ferrel, Dana Carvy...

And dark chocolate is wonderful! Especially when mint or almonds are involved.

Indeed. Normally, I use hojillion when I want to be hyperbolic, but using the bits for Celeb Jeopardy really take it over the top. I would also use Texas-with-a-dollar-sign-in-front-of-it, but I hate Texas, and really don't want to feed its ego anymore than I have to. Not that I don't appreciate the paychecks, though.

Chocolate 'Crack' | Serious Eats : Recipes
Best dark chocolate recipe EVAR. I make this stuff, and there is a reason they call it crack. I can eat half of the batch in one sitting. Ugh.

So on reading the missing rip/rib thread I am now desperate to eat ribs but I do have a question!
Why oh why do we spend sooo much time talking about food?
How come all derailing seems to end up with everyone chatting about food, or how come when left to our own devises we end up chatting about food?
Why are we all so very obsessed and why are we not all in the heavenly recipes forum telling each other how to make the things we want!?

Why?
Try the Lounge in chat, even worse. Seems food is the main topic often, followed by farts/toilet/bodily waste chat, or clique-ish chat that leaves all others out and unable to join. Or argue politics, or science sometimes. Once in a while they argue the bible, but then someone has a hissy fit that spiritual things are being discussed. Or sometimes they play lots of secular music... erm... derailer vent here... i'm shooshing now.

I'ma have a smoothie. Which looks like a really stupid word, now that I'm staring at it. Then later, I'll probably eat again, because...

Food. It's what's for dinner.

Actually, in this house, you can't just assume such things.

Growing up, we knew it was time to come to the dinner table each night when the smoke alarm went off.

Okay, that sounds amazing. Have you ever tried Mexican dark chocolate? The bit of cinnamon would be a nice additive to that recipe.
I have. I am actually a fan of dark chocolate with chile in it. Snooty-food/wine stores and international foody shops down here (Hell Paso) carry a variety of dark-choc-chile combos. New Mexican Red, chipotle, South American. Om nom nom nom nom.

Subjects like this are why I have to take a 2-3 week carb vacation a few times a year!

I used to work in a cake and candy supply place, so I've tried tons of different kinds of sweets. Around 20 different kinds of chocolate, etc. Mexican chocolate, belgian milk chocolate, dark vanilla french... seriously, the best chocolate to work with. I rarely buy chocolate from grocery stores. It's just, well, not as good.

Confession: I'm a food snob.

I think it's this one. I just have this gut feeling that this is what iTOREtheSKY really wanted to ask.
