How do you know when a date is going really bad?

LoL I would have to agree... but when HE does these things...
** When he shows up and he's 65... not 35. (And thinks you can't tell that he looks nothing like the hunky photo.)
** When you ask him questions that require thinking and he just "nods" his head or "shakes" his head as a response. (And you just sit there waiting for the rest of the answer)
** When he doesn't laugh at anything you think is funny. (You find you are the only one laughing and he is staring at you with a blank, glassy stare.)
I also have to add....
** When he says he will be there at 6:00pm and never shows up. He calls two days later and asks if you want to go out for coffee...
And my number one way to tell if a date is not going to work...
** Just as your food arrives at the restaurant, he inquires "So, do you go commando?" (At that point, I get up and walk out!)

Chey60, while I'm sure chivalry is a good thing and you don't seem to take exception to a date ordering food for you... what if he ordered something really bad, like squid or gator meat? He'd be like, "We're gonna have some gator!" lol

Okay..this post reminded me of another one...
If I go to dinner with a picky eater guy who asks a bazillion questions about the menu, has a lot of "extra special changes", wants everything on the side and takes 20 minutes to order it MAKES ME CRAZY!!
