Well for the record, Zero, I happen to think YOU'RE extremely intelligent and I stand proud as part of YOUR adoring fan club. :)
I kind of like both of them.

Cool, Markum!!!

And could I please have my life partner gift wrapped as well...

Nothing like the love of your life being sent right to your door with a big, fluffy bow. :)

(And as a serious note to all the people making posts here for life partners and spouses... Welcome to CC!! Hang around with us in the forums, interact with the threads--get to know some people here--and you may just find what you're looking for, you never know!)

I am probably preaching to the choir (meaning, myself :)), but hey. ;)

(On second thought, will you have that Life Partner Over-Nighted with Expedited Shipping, please?!)

Thank u, Kim. You're extremely intelligent yourself.
LOL, Zero... Some people call me "smart" but I always have to correct them -- because what I REALLY am is just an overgrown smart aleck!! :D

Thank you though!! And yes, I'm a proud Card-Carrying Member of the Zeroturbulence Fan Club.

I've heard that for my birthday I may even get an autographed picture! *swoons*

(Now back to your regularly scheduled partner-hunting thread... sorry for the distraction.)

Making men blush... That's what I do!! Then when while they're distracted, I...

Take off with their food. :) (I bet you were going to say, "Drag them to my woman-cave," but I'll leave that for a few of the other users here. :D)

Sorry!! Now back to the life-partner hunting!!!

zero - i put you on ignore about a month ago for seeming to be in a agreement with a new user that insulted me for offering her advice, you and her, and a few others. I saw your comment through Cris' quote. Its statements like the one you made that makes me consider quitting CC. I get quite tired of taking crap from people because i am myself, and because i actually take steps to try to keep this site decent. It seems more and more people would rather make fun of me for it than help, or appreciate it. Perhaps i'm wasting my time here.

Don't quit! We need sane people here Ugly. Who's going to be our resident ninja? We need a ninja...

So its ok if you go around making making harsh, unprovoked comments to people but its not ok when someone calls you on it? Ok, Ugly. I don't have a problem with you. I know that its your personality, but that girl made it clear that she was offended and i agreed that your post came off as offensive so I backed her up. If you have a problem with that then I think you should think about how you treat new people here. No offense (really).
'Going around making harsh, unprovoked comments to people' isn't a personality trait of INFP. Not wanting to instigate anything here, but I just wanted to educate people. Because I'm like that :)

As an INFJ, I'll have to take your word for it, Arwen. ;)

Personally, I don't think Christian singles should be trying to meet people.

God wants his single people to stay lonely, isolated, and wholly without meaningful relationships...
that's why God created the internet.

Zero.. actually it wasn't her complaint about my post, it was (as i said already, if you'd read) was when she INSULTED me directly. I never insulted her, i was just direct about what she ASKED about, and she didn't like it. Then she did a personal attack against me. Something i did not do to her. And you seemed to think her making a personal insult against me as a good way to treat someone who tried to help her. So how is that 'unprovoked' when she ASKED? Know what you're saying before speaking.

Ok, I didn't see this until now. Your reply sounded very harsh to me and I didn't say anything until she voiced her hurt and how she felt offended. I've seen lots of other posts that you;ve made that seemed just as harsh to me and I always kept silent, but this time it was a young lady from my home country who was a brand new member. I will admit that I think a lot of your posts are harsh, but as you can see in that thread I actually DEFENDED YOU to her. I said that you make a lot of valid points and that you are very direct. I went ahead and posted a link to the original thread in the appreciation thread I made for you (which you think is a joke..even though it was not meant to be).

If you want an apology, then fine. I apologize for liking/agreeing with her statement that hurt you. I even went back and 'unliked' it. I will even give u the benefit of the doubt that you did not mean to sound harsh at all. Like I said, I don't hate you or have a problem with you, Ugly. I know that you come across as harsh sometimes and that you are suffering. Its only when some innocent person's feelings get hurt that I feel a need to take sides and speak up. Anyway now that I know how you feel, I apologize and I am sorry that I've caused you pain and grief.

Seriously, tho. Yer both good blokes. Ugly does typically do an awesome job of dishing the tough love to the misguided newbs on the forum with a spoon full of compassion, but it's tough love all the same. I'm not sure which occasion you two speak of, but more than twice I've seen folks get offended by Ug and lash out at him in a personal way, sometimes invoking his S/N against him and then getting More personal. I think he does a good job of standing up to it, and am not a fan of being too touchy feely friendly friendly to acidic so-called Christians (and admit that sometimes my own name appears on that roll). We must be careful what we stand for. I myself have looked around before and found my feet on the wrong side of a line I drew in the sand. Tolerance is the way of the world, not the way of God's Church. We must love the sinner, not the sin, but we cannot loose sight of holding fast to what we as Christians are to stand for.

When yall get ready to bury the hatchet, lemme know. I'll loan you some of this: 800px-Bulldozers2012-Shoam_0057a.jpg
cuse I want that thing deep and not to return.

To be blunt... these threads are not usually taken seriously here. This isn't a matchmaking site.
