Haha! Yes, it's ridiculous! I seem to have no qualms watching the occasional romantic movie or listening to a romantic song. I even enjoy them.

Hmmmm. maybe i should suggest a new romance forum to put all of these couples in. Like a quarantine until the worst of the twitterpatedness abates. Also, where did the expression lovey dovey come from? Are doves known for being particularly romantic creatures? Is it because people in love tend to coo (or be cuckoo)? Oh and after mentioning in chat last night that I wanted brownies I actually got some at small group last night, they were really gooey. Kind of made me go into sugar shock after the first one. Now if only I can get rehydrated and stay that way. And here ends the cinder randomness.

Uh oh, that's how you know things are real serious! Let the ridiculousness continue! I for one am getting a huge kick out of witnessing your joy, gushy and lovey dovey as it may be. :D

Nope I was wrong, more randomness ahead:

Aren't all dances happy? Has anyone ever done an unhappy dance?

No not specifically trying to pick on you guys. Carry on and I'm glad God is blessing you.

Unhappy dances most certainly exist. Dance can be used to tell stories, and not all stories are happy. But it's true that when someone spontaneously bursts into dance it is most often a happy one. :D

I agree. I think there is a dangerous love virus that is spreading here. Symptoms can vary depending upon the severity of the disease. It can range from havin a happy smile when you talk to a certain someone to the more severe cases of name-calling and mush. If you seem to have any symptom, kindly consult the mods. In the meanwhile, please stay away from single folks like me.

Issued in the interest of public safety.

I had a dream that I baked a pie, but when I got it out of the oven, it turned into Kirby- you know, the pink round puffy thing with its own video game- and he (it, whatever) opened his mouth and all these zombie chickens came out and started getting into everything in my house. And my kids thought it was pretty good fun, while I was trying to catch chickens and throw them out the window, and my phone kept ringing and I had to explain the problem ten times...and then the remaining zombie chickens just went up in flames, which I couldn't figure out. Then I saw that my three year old had a flame thrower. I was so very proud...

I bet that dream MEANS something.

Like maybe that I shouldn't eat dinner right before bed.

I wonder when my emotions are going to even back out?

For me, only found this to be. Is to see how by Faith to live above them taught from God as our only one to teach. We hear and listen to others, yet all things strained through the new heart, God gave you
And Sister you do learn to live above any and all circumstances, by God alone who chose to live in you when you asked, believed, received and are in the process in seeing this
John 8:32
and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

We will always have troubles here in this life, always, so ask God in you how to react and get emotions separated from trith and be free indeed
John 8:36 [Full Chapter]
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

This is contingent on one thing only
Do you believe, any doubts in belief and this truth is interrupted, and with no doubt it can't be interrupted and one does live above the circumstances and does as led, more often that not and has a joy that can't be explained
Not that I always have it, just learning like everyone else
[h=1]Philippians 3:12Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)[/h][SUP]12 [/SUP]Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

Large canvasses freak me out...all that emptiness to fill...I dunno. Attempting something crazy on a...uh...14"x18"? I don't remember. Can't measure...count...math. Sick.

My sister said she would pay me for babysitting yesterday...I told her not to. She said she'd pay me in chocolate ice cream then. I kinda really wish she would hurry up with that.

I got a call from the maintenance guy/ex boyfriend today, he apologized about the long wait on getting the screen taken care of. I laughed and said no big deal, except for the pretty major moth problem. He was quiet for a few seconds, which made me all nervous and stupid, so I started telling him about having to vacuum up live moths and the moth dream I had and how they keep landing in my coffee and when I finally had the sense to shut up, he said "I forgot how entertaining you are. We should go get coffee together sometime." And it caught me completely off guard so I just told him that if I didn't get my screen back soon, I have a lot more depressed toys around here, at which point he offered to bring coffee here one evening specifically "after the kids are asleep"...

Ten years ago, I would have been way too eager to accept such a sleazy deal. Free coffee and probably sex? Sure!

Today, I just told him gee thanks, but no thanks, and asked if he could send someone else to put the screen in.

Ugh.
Might want to tell him, you only if can be just friends, and if you do have coffee, it will not be alone, if he accepts that, then it might not be in his head to pick up wherever things left off.
I do suspect your suspicion to be right on, yet there is always a chance to just be friends, and to me that is the most important, a friend, taht does not have their own agenda in mind

My nephew would do a little dance when he was waiting to get into the bathroom. He definitely did not look happy.

Wheeeee! My boyfriends mom is planning a trip to visit me and meet my family! I mean, his dad is coming too, but he's here all the time since he's a pilot and Anchorage is a frequent stop for cargo planes.

And in many Asian cultures...the process for becoming engaged doesn't just involve a young man asking the father of the bride. Instead, the young man and his parents meet with the woman's parents and the man's family collectively asks for the marital blessing.

So so so so...if both of them are traveling thousands of miles to meet my parents...

*blink* *blink*

does anyone understand why I'm freaking out here? :D
understandably so. watch out for trying to please others, when it is not the others wedding
A lot of Chaos comes from trying to make everyone else happy, when the truth is, it is not the others wedding
I know from experience in my first Marriage, got married to the same woman twice in one week, to make Grandparents happy and Mom of my bride happy, since these two were at odds with each other and my brides dad was passed away already
So by tradition Grandpa was to rightfully give my Bride away.
So our wedding was a people pleaser to these two at odds to each other, and so a week before the original wedding we married in Nevada, where Grandpa gave her away, and this way the came to the original wedding, where they watched her step dad give her away, laughing at this, knowing we were already married and it was already done
And the Mom, laughing at them not knowing that we were already married

It was our marriage taken away by others and being under the lie to love thy neighbor as self in this way, that twisted everything to be at their will, and ours taken away
So please be careful, not all people are pleased and if you want all to be pleased, then your free will is taken away
And read it in Genesis at Noah's time what God is so dis pleased with.
Man taking away others free will.
And read it in David and Bathsheba what David did, to please himself from his own body desires.
Whoever is getting married it is their wedding, and it should be their wishes as to how it will take place.
Hope to help, as I spew this out of me

I was just reading the Bible and came across this:

"The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs. Then he said to the tree,
"May no one ever eat fruit from you again." And his disciples heard him say it" (Mark 11:12-14).

2 things:
1. Jesus knows what it's like to be "hangry".
2. No fig newtons for Jesus.
Maybe this was the foretelling of his going to the cross and condemning the tree of knowledge that condemned us all?
