It would be really cool if God had an email address. My reasoning for that is because I tend to express myself better through the written word. It just feels more organic to me than a straight up person to person or person to God discussion.

So, if God had an email address I would explain how sorry I was about all the stupid stuff I've done and express how thankful I am for all that he is and has done for me. I'd then go into all the questions I have about this little life of mine, about existence, and about all those unanswered questions we all have. Then, to lighten up the email a bit, I'd add some pictures of cute things and just tell him that I'm thankful he created cute things so that we can look at them and bring a little happiness into our day. Like a cute picture of a little puppy or something.

The cool thing is, that if we sent an email to him and added a read receipt so that we make sure he got it, we'd always get a response back saying he read it. :)
Cuteness for you because my PM's are an EPIC FAIL! lol

That's why I journal. Sometimes I feel that when I journal, it's a form of me talking to God. He doesn't answer back in the same format (as we picture He would with email in this thread) but...it still helps. I can be really focused on something to the point where I'm not very aware of my surroundings, but I can also be very sensitive to my surroundings and thus I get distracted easily. Writing helps me to stay focused and not chase as many white rabbits in my mind when I'm talking to God. :)

LOL, it's okay iTORE, I can finally see the cute picture... Yay! That pic is so cute, that puppy is all cute and wrinkly.

Rachel, I hear you about journaling. I do that from time to time and it can definitely be freeing in a sense.

If God had an email address, what would you write to Him about? :)
1. When will we see Your Shekinah Glory?
2. What was the deal with the ephod, Urim & Thummim?
3. What happened to the Ark of the Covenant?

P.S. Would You draw from Your kindness to create a real Mr. Darcy and grant him to marry BananaPie, please? :D

If God made Mr. Darcy real, I would be very sad...that I am already married.

Just kidding! Mostly...

Hmmmmm

I'd ask him to email the customers contracts to those who call support ( for Xerox copiers/ printers) and have them actually READ the contracts, as they seem to believe it says they can snap their fingers and get an engineer NOW --- sometimes to replace ink in their copier.... (which they can do in two minutes themselves if they bother)

:p

I would ask God if he hears my prayers, and what he thinks of them. Then I'd ask what they are good for when I pray with my current state of mind, and how I could improve them.

I would ask his advice about everything. I would also ask him for his cell number because it would be easier to text.

There was a time when I would have said, in true Romans 9 fashion, "Why hast Thou made me thus!"

Now... I'd just say "Thank You."
