Your requirement for an(1) unnecessary linear myopia is misleading you to the wrong conclusion. (2)Jesus IS both found through the Old Testament and named in the Old Testament.

..............................
1. That makes absolutely no sense. Perhaps you should look up the definition of words before you use them.
2. Show in the bible where it says that.
You are retelling a conclusion you received from another, that may or may not be correct, and stating it as fact. Jesus, in name, does not appear in the old testament.

Atheists have a problem.....that to truly be an atheist you must be 100% sure that there is no god. Seems quite an impossibility due to the limits in what current scientific knowledge will allow. So yes, they exist but in name only. They really are just petulant agnostics. :)
I am 100 percent sure there is no god.

If I'm presented with real evidence, I'll be happy to admit I'm wrong.

Can you say the same?

So your saying it's a fact that there were talking snakes, talking donkeys, fire breathing sea monsters, magic trees, dead people coming back to life, people turning into salt etc. And I'm the one pushing nonsense?

there already is evidence of a creator. Real evidence even. You just have to shake the shackles of lies off your brain. You've been programmed with lies.

Where is this proof?

Saying I need to believe before I can accept proof just won't cut it.

Real evidence will change anyone's mind in an instant. Regardless of their belief.

If you're right, then nothing matters. I think this is one of the problems with people in America (and not just here) going around shooting everybody and then committing suicide. If nothing matters, then they just want to go out with a bang. But the thing is, it does matter. There is a God and we will all "stand" before Him to be judged. This will be mandatory. There will not be a line for those that claim that God does not exist! We are all guilty, but some of us have accepted Jesus so that God will see His perfection instead of our guilt.

Jesus himself said how awesome it is for people who believe and have not seen. God doesn't want your eyes or your brain....He wants your heart.

If I were to get "real evidence" that there is no God, I would not accept it "happily". It would be a very unhappy moment indeed. But fortunately, there cannot be evidence that God does not exist, because He does.

Alleged Christian. Besides, a practicing Christian who followed the teachings of Christ would never kill.

Point 2 as an example:

I shot US abortion doctor to protect children, Scott Roeder tells court | World news | The Guardian

Please note the following paragraphs:

"Roeder told the jury he was born again in 1992 after watching an evangelical TV show, the 700 Club. "That day I knelt down and I did accept Christ as my saviour," he said. Under cross-examination, Roeder said he had begun thinking about killing Tiller from as early as 1993."

...

"Despite prosecution objections, the judge allowed Roeder to offer his view that abortion was murder. "It is not man's job to take life – it's our Heavenly Father's. It's never up to man to take life, except in defence of self or others," Roeder said. He talked of foetuses "torn limb from limb", and said foetuses in later stages of pregnancy "feel more pain". Both claims drew prosecution protests. Roeder did not even approve of abortions for rape or incest, as "two wrongs don't make a right"."

Is he still alleged? He says he accepted Christ as his savior and was upholding the will of the heavenly father?

Yes he is. I can rip apart his argument with so many different scriptural angles I don't even know where to begin.

People if a heart is so hard against God. There is little you can do. If you sincere and really care all you can do is pray and ask God to open their heart. In fact praying and loving them is like reaping coals of fire upon their head. Show love for love is God and most atheist have not seen love, they have experienced the emotion but not the true love. But if they continue, Satan will show them different at some point. I meant when your young and healthy, your the king of the world, But when you need something. Thoughts change. When the doc says go home and die, You get a different perspective.

Is your 'Heart hardened' against werewolves or the lock ness monster? Or do you just simply accept that they don't exist?

Apples and oranges. You're gonna have to do better than bringing aunt Sally into this argument. Lol
