Yay. I am approved for another 6 month visa (meaning I'll be good to be in this country until March 2015 for sure) and due to awesomely cheap flight prices (i.e. cheaper to book the flight than stay one night in the airport hotel) my get new visa trip has been turned into a go visit good friends for a long weekend trip :D This isn't happening until September but it makes me happy to have it planned anyway.

The fact that this is pretty much all I've gotten accomplished today, yeah that seems rather pathetic. Must find someone else to blame for that regardless of that fact that a good chunk of it is my fault.

Nothing ruins your morning more than when you find out you ran out of what you wanted for breakfast.

Yup. -_-

Found out my new hours while I am in school. Working in a different home. In the evening, three days a week so I can sleep in a bit in the mornings. Apparently the ladies there are more independent so it's ideal for a student. The coordinator said that the house needs good leadership, so they thought it would be a good match. That was nice to hear :)

Time and time again my masculinity is affirmed in my inability to multitask.

My roommate has been unemployed since April. Her parents own the house and footing the rent for her. Everyday I come home to her sitting on the couch in a mess of chip bags, slurpy cups, plastic bags, junk food, movie cases, simultaneously on her laptop and watching a crime show or Game of throans episode. And I walk by her mountain of trash to my room, I silently swear under my breath, cus I wish I could sleep in and do nothing all day, have no responsibilities. Have everything paid for me. Isn't that bad that I envy that? Lol.

After like 3 days of that, I don't think you would envy it anymore ; )

I posted on my facebook the same thing I posted in here. Someone on my facebook told me I needed to visit a third-world country, implying that I'm spoiled. Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. Maybe I'm just a person who doesn't like mornings and having breakfast go right is something that helps me feel like not killing someone during those first 30 minutes of trying to break through the fogginess.

To blitz thread with 80 stupid posts and steal the 20,000th post or not to do so. That is the question.

I think I need to get a life.
It seems to me that you already have a most interesting life. I need to get a life too.

If it's a person who makes statuses/post photos about every little thing that happens in their lives on there, tell them to take their own advice. Nobody in a third world country's got time for that.

I can totally understand the frustration of something like that. I've been in kind of a grumpy mood today because of random little things not going right.
I would be careful about rephrasing other people's words in that way, though*. While they may have meant that you were spoiled, they also could have meant that you have a lot to be thankful for that others do not have. And even thinking about this and typing it out to you now has convicted me of that.

(*I just wanted to throw in as a side note that I notice my sister doing this a lot. She'll mention something that someone said to her, rephrase it in a way that is more insulting than what was originally spoken, and then take offense to it. This is not a good habit to get into. Not saying you always do that or anything, lil, that was just sort of a sidestream of my consciousness as I typed that out :) )

Yeah, I try not to do that. I've just been really stressed over things lately. Plus, trying to dog-proof a house is no small task. I need to prepare my room so I can keep him in there at night. I'd just prefer to keep him close to me.

We ought to make a thread called puddles of unconsciousness.... for those times when you're too sleepy to type right or for when you just wake up and post before you even know you're doing it. My mind is weird today. Lol Hope everyone's having a nice day.

Really? I've always pictured you as a dark-hair tall suave musician- lover not fighter type guy. Not marine corps. I have no clue what you look like, but that's how I imagine you.
^ I hope that's not insulting to you. It wasn't intended to be :/
not at all offended.

but it's the internet. I can be whoever you want me to be.

Okay. CatHerder. The suave dark-haired slim musican and poet. As dark and as mysterious as an INFP can be. Can be found some nights playing his piano, sipping some heavy liquor and smoking a cigarette. Close? Lol XD

This is the most amusing post I have read today. Having my mind weird would be an improvement in my thought process.
