I really have wondered that before?
I imagine you guys giving each other loving looks...no words spoken....you guys just point to the computer when you are done typing your responses to each other.:D
Your imagination is correct. We certainly do enjoy each other's company.

what did you honestly expect with this thread?

what i read sounds like something i'd expect from a dating service's brochure.

what were you looking for? women here to come and apply for a vacancy? i'm sorry, but this isn't a dating web site.

perhaps i was harsh in my sarcasm, but this kind of post isn't ever going to invite a warm reception. i'm sorry if you were offended by my words.

i hope you find who you're looking for.
I am thinking he did find what he was looking for but the Blond didn't know about this thread until now 12/28/14 and she has had a blast with it so far.

I am sorry. Truthfully, I really didn't expect anything to come out of my thread but it was quite educational. I did not mean what I said about you. Please forgive me. My wife died a couple months ago at the age of 59. I am not really looking to replace her, just a little lonely. I am the one that needs to get a life.
You have a life and I am sorry your wife died I really wish she hadn't and had not had to suffer the way she did. The only relief there is now is knowing that her suffering is over for that and her I am thankful. I am also thankful for you and the care you had for your wife during her suffering.

Who is the Cyber Cat? Sorry, I don't use on-line dating services. I just thought I would start my own service. Today the service is free of charge - tomorrow I raise the price. No, it's not really awkward, a little forward, perhaps...

Tourist,

Welcome to ChristianChat.com.

I'm sorry for the loss of your dear wife. May the Lord Jesus continue to comfort you in your life's endeavors.

As you may know by now, this website is really an international gathering of funny-N-jolly Christians online. We have come to learn from one another; pray for one another...

CC is not a "dating site," yet in the process of Christian fellowship, friendships are built on CC and some of those friendships have continued into marriage. The Lord is good! :)

Who knew?????

The Lord is always good. I am not really planning on dating anytime soon but will leave matter in God's capable hands. I met my late wife 12 years ago on Romance Christian Singles on AOL. Beautiful spiritual woman! Right now I am just lonely. I believe that there are a lot of lonely people here. Thank you for your kind words and God bless you.

Ah look at all the lonely people.....

Not sarcastic, just saying that YOU also make it happen Bro...You go after it... YOU follow Gods leading and don't expect him to do all the work.
He may provide and open the doors, but it takes ones own effort in cooperation with God in his will.

One doesn't just wait for something to fall in their lap even though God CAN make that happen. (He often doesn't)
Throughout the bible we see the people used by God who accomplished anything did so with the very same fervent dedication and devotion as any person intent on achieving any goal.
100%..... not 50 or 70 or even 90 and as if God is expected to pick up any slack.
The difference between a believer and the world is a believer being in Gods favor.

Hum taking chances and walking through doors I think we did that.

People still use big desktop computers? I didn't think they even sold those at Wal-Mart anymore...

(Of course I wouldn't know, I never, ever, EVER get a computer at Wal-Mart.)

Then don't ever, ever, EVER get a netbook. The keys are so small even I have to squinch to use one. And my hands have thin, artist/musician/artesian type fingers.

Oh it is not so bad with girly fingers and I can type really fast so fast that it sometimes decides on it's own to erase what I just typed....yes, I have almost tossed it across the room a few times and it gets yelled at frequently. God's way of helping me develop patience and anger management......I need help I confess.
