Most Christians know something about the start of bible canonization ,

but very few know about the final canonization of scripture .

Look for a black book, with red or gold trimmed pages ,

with two words on the cover .

In statistical reasoning, you'll probably have the right book .

The KJV Holy Bible is the most published, distributed and read book of all time !

the so called 'purified text theory' and the associated misinterpretation of the psalm that is being presented in this thread is actually blatantly blasphemous and heretical...

this theory suggests that the word of God as given directly from God was insufficient and had to be 'purified seven times' before it became the supposedly perfect KJV...

the idea that God delivered an incomplete revelation to his prophets and apostles...which then had to be perfected through the efforts of human translators...is so clearly blasphemous that it doesn't even deserve a response other than to point it out as an obvious heresy...

Psalms 12:6-7
6 The words of the LORD are pure words:
as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them
from this generation for ever.

yea, but, you don't know anything about bible canonization

KJV Psalms 12:6-7

yes, God's words are preserved...

now, of the many books that have been written over the ages... which ones are, or contain, God's preserved words?

the protestant bible? the catholic bible? the lxx?

lol certainly NOT the LXX apart from the verses quoted in Scripture. The LXX is a mishmash. God's words are best preserved in the latest Greek critical texts (which show the variations) and the Hebrew text.

I was using the lxx as an example... it was wildly popular in its day, I've heard...

I have just got in this thread again, I have not read back pages but crossed this and the last two inclusions.. The fact that the statistical reasoning and the fact that the Most published of all time is the criteria to success means I am glad I have not back read. The majority...killed Jesus. All the people who invested, apparently, in this statistical reasoning you conclude PROBABLY ? have it right?. Lot of wasted time huh? Poor statistical guys...

I read Rachealbiblestudents comment and I am again refreshed on the simplicity of Faith in the Word that is God-breathed and God delivered. The scriptures that testify to the Spirit of God thru the holy Spirit...I am so busy being in that affirmation, I have not had time to be in this mess.

If we just want to talk about stuff lets talk about rocks or something more worthy of the time of day! thanks Rach..I agree with you!

LOLZ--------> does the devil know the Word of God? oh you bet he does, he mimics it, if you were to get into a theological debate with him in the 'flesh', ye would never win or come out on top... debating debating debating, questions, questions, coming with AN elite STENCH of self righteousness about him, lolz.. you see what Im telling you here? his fruit is ALWAYS EVIDENT, dividing this, Im of this person, I follow that group, this 'bible' is the ONLY AND BEST Bible, satan is always dividing against Truth, creating confusion and chaos, what has this Thread done? and what are the characerisiticsof the original OP? think about it.. thats why I call him the 'shining one'. He doesnt know Jesus, God manifest in the flesh but he impersonates him, his 'fruit' is evident... nice try shining one!

n̶u̶t̶s̶ 'rocks and stuff,' i was going to ask where exactly it's written that the most popular book in the world would be His word, but Mahakiya got das boot.

anyone else know?
i mean, i guess in the millennium.. maybe there's a case..

Mao's "little red book" may be the second most published document in history - is this meaningful?

((why am i posting in this thread anyway?))

I believe that 'das boot' is German for 'the boat'. Maybe he got torpedoed. Apparently, he went down with the ship.

find a website like this one:
http://fsymbols.com/generators/strikethrough/

and copy-paste the results. it will paste in some weird color and font, but you can then change it to whichever font etc you like with the forum's tools, and the text will still be strikethrough.

[h=3]<> (Not Equal To)‎[/h]Compares two expressions (a comparison operator). When you compare nonnull
expressions, the result is TRUE if the left operand is not equal to the right ...
