Only the OSAS'ers........they believe they can do/drink pretty much anything they want....... :)
Had a young pastor in a church I once attended have coffee during church. To me it is distracting, disrespectful and annoying! They even had round tables at the back of the church to sit around. Needless to say moved on from that church.

coffee during church would be a bit much. but coffee after might just be a good idea.anyone who wanted to could sit and fellowship, and drink coffee after the service

you guys realize that starbucks never had our Lord & Savior on their cups, right?
just snowmen, trees & reindeer?
so we're talking about the difference between them sporting pagan symbols in the past, and now a plain red cup that you may as well say represents the shed blood of Christ, poured out for us?

IMO i like the plain red ones better. cheaper to print too, so maybe they will come down a few cents on their way overpriced beverages.

Will your friend Edward's clothing designs look anything like The Emperor's New Clothes? The Emperor had nothing to hide either. :D heeheehee!!!

Hahahaha. Very good point.

Just goes to show that there is nothing new under the sun.

I do like the idea of naming a men's underwear line after a British king.

That's how you tell the difference between a Baptist church and a Pentecostal church. Pentecostals drink their coffee before church, and the Baptists after..........

(......give it some thought....it will make sense.....I'll just sip my cup of instant energy, dance in the isles liquid caffeine)

I go to a Baptist Church. We have coffee before services. Baptist here usually head for lunch at their favorite diner after services. Pentecostals services here end too late for coffee or lunch. The diners serve an early dinner for them.

This is beyond ridiculous....
1. Christmas is a pagan holiday
2. Christians are being beheaded all over the world and people are mad at something petty like a coffee cup
3. Quit griping, enjoy your coffee and be grateful to live in a country that gives you religious freedom
The source of your incredulity is your mistaken belief that they care about people.

Only if you're a Mormon.
Lol, I am a little tired and I read Moron instead of Mormon.

Yeah, they don't drink coffee. I know because I once offered them and they refused, then I offered them cappuccino, they also refused, then I offered them...oranges. They accepted the oranges. :)

Our church has coffee and tea, and sometimes treats before the service. If you are not finished you cup, you can take it into the sanctuary. However, the socializing is done in the foyer, not inside the sanctuary. And no tables, either!
