I saw a silhouette of a Vulpix for like 2 seconds! Not even enough time to track it down... :(

I actually haven't battled at a gym yet... I know you get good XP that way but I want to have a variety of high level Pokemon and preferably all 3 Eveelutions at high cp before I do. I want to have different element type Pokemon so I can be take over some of these team Valor gyms heehee

Tragic :/ I still see that Vulpix nearby.. and a Graveler. Too lazy to go look now lol. But yes! Definitely take down Valor gyms :p

I recall you posted something about how Mystic and Instinct are united in their hatred for Valor...

The funny thing is I have so many friends on team Valor and they're all the most aggressive about it LoL It's like... I'm competitive too, but come on Valor friends, it's just a game... haha

Haha ikr... My brother in on Team Valor. I told him I was going to take one of their gyms and he said, "Do it and we will defeat you with the power of a thousand Flareons." XD Ok he didn't say that, but I saw it in his eyes. :S

You can power them up using candies and stardust, but I would wait until you have Pokemon in the 250/300 range. Don't waste stardust on lower levels, because you'll need it later. The higher level you are, the better Pokemon you'll get. Evolving them really adds to the CP too. I know it's not the same for every Pokemon, but Eevee is an awesome evolution. Mine went from 250/300 to around 700 after I evolved them. Then I used candies to power them up.

So that's why!!! I wonder if the eevee's would evolve to gen 2 pokemons too. I think Umbreon looks really cool.

I hit Level 12 this morning, that's when the improved pokeballs become available. I hear there is an update coming next month which will allow you to see other players on the map

Son of a sausage dog! Just my luck. I went to a busy shopping centre in Adelaide to do some things and thought I'd catch a few Pokemon/visit a few Pokestops (kill two birds with one stone). Well, what do you know. I catch a few Pokemon and visit a Pokestop and then the GPS alignment goes crazy. I try to visit two more Pokestops very close to me. But try as I might, I couldn't get close enough (even though I was standing directly in front of the shop etc. or even near it). Also, the GPS kept stuffing up in the sense that I looked like I was in a big body of water and there was nothing to do. So I achieved very little. I wish people would stop piggy-backing off the Aussie server, it's causing endless issues. Needless to say, I'm on Level 7 and only have a few of many common Pokemon. Oh, well. Hopefully, they fix the game soon.

That suspicious moment when you see a dude on his bike at the bank across from the gym... at 3am... where a poke stop exists. And a lure has been set. lol >.>

I don't know if it's just random, but I caught Grimer, Geodude, and Cubone while waiting to go to the gym tonight. I had never seen them before. I typically play when I can during the day/early evening. Do certain types come out at night? Is that a thing? lol

When you have millions upon millions of people around the world playing the game, sooner or later you're going to get reports about the few players who are stupid in the head and do stupid things.

Yes; time of day can have an effect on which Pokemon you'll find :3

Gee, the burbs are a dead-zone for Pokemon and Poke-stops. Not for gyms though.
