IDK!...maybe that little tidbit got slipped into the text. Seems a tad suspicious to me that God is gonna come down in human form...hang out with some dudes for a few years...have several of them fight over all manner of things concerning heaven and favor and prove over and over again to be pretty dense over all and then virtually everyone one of them betray him in some way and then He (Jesus) tells one of them...I came to die so you could be "the guy". Lol

Oh and that being said...isn't the catholic church just a real beacon of light? Could'nt be that their foundation is a little shaky....nah.....can't be it.
Hmm, well if you believe that Jesus renaming Simon to Peter got slipped into the text and is suspicious, that then I guess the Bible cannot be trusted by you. Then we're in very shaky place indeed.

Okay so then they are not liberals.
Well they're sure as hell not conservatives.

A. You're dumb.
B. You're an instigator.
C. You're both.

Im going with B. You know damn well they're liberals. Liberals, socialists, fascists. Same viper, different levels of toxicity.

Who's the most dangerous player on the football field? The quarterback? Running back? Linebacker? The answer is blatantly obvious but sadly overlooked.

Well I never said they are conservatives. I just don't think the people you describe (socialists) fit the definition of liberal. Maybe they call themselves liberals, but if they don't do liberal stuff, how are they liberal?

It is a direct result of the Reformation. Had Luther and co actually reformed the RCC from within instead of creating their own churches there wouldn't be the present state of affairs we have today. There are thousands of Denominations, Groups and movements all doing their own thing. You don't expect a shattered Mirror to reflect a perfect image. Jesus said that he would build his Church not Churches.
Symbols not words tell the story. RCC? It should've been abandoned not reformed. It's bathed in Babylon.

Also maybe the old liberal party couldn't be put into the category of socialist but the liberal party now is way different

If Jesus built his church on the "rock" of the RCC we are as equally in trouble.

Lol isn't that exactly what the "Reformation" people did?
Maybe momentarily, it hasn't separated far enough. Just check into who is rubbing shoulders with Francis, they're all on TBN.

I don't watch much TV. I watched Jeopardy earlier though if that counts.

Well are they really Christian books, or are they just billing themselves like that to make money and fame?
A book like that may be kinda book that a non believer would pick up. It could feel usual to them and normal. As the Lord draws them in they will get more comfortable with reading the Bible. C.S. Lewis has some great books, William barclay, John ldredge just to name a few.

Fetus >>> Infant >>> Adolescent >>> Adult
Liberal >>> Socialist >>> Communist >>> Fascist

Fascism used to mean extreme far right but it has morphed to the extreme far left.

In fact the very book that interested me into reading the great and even better true stories in the bible was as a kid I was given The action Bible by Sergio Cariello. Basically a comic book filled pack with the bible stories.

But ironically that book made me excited to read the actual Bible. And when I did I loved it and couldn't put it down and still cant put it down.

Hmm, didn't know the RCC was Peter.
im pretty sure that the Catholic Church holds that mantle high. St. Peter's basilica etc etc. I'm also fairly certain that God is gonna knock all that over.
