Close, off by 40 years. Rev 19 starts telling us that the harlot (Jerusalem) has been judged. Jerusalem is seen on fire with her smoke rising up "forever." We see that the Lamb has already had His revenge on the city which killed Him and many of the prophets.

Then the marriage supper comes implying the marriage had just taken place, probably on the same day that Rome lit the temple and city on fire.
There are two women mentioned in Revelation. The woman in Rev.12 is referring to Israel. The woman of Rev.17 - 18 is Mystery, Babylon the great, that city that sits on seven hills. These are two separate women. Jerusalem is not even mentioned in Rev.19. The city that is seen on fire and her smoke rising up forever and ever, is the woman who rides the beast and is not referring to Jerusalem and Israel.

According to Rev.12:6,14, the woman/Israel is cared for out in the desert in that place prepared for her by God for 1260 days, which is that last 3 1/2 years of that seven year period. It is that city that sits on seven hills that is destroyed, not Jerusalem.

Yes, but the gathering for the marriage supper out on the highways and byways is still going on, i.e. the church is still in the process of being built. Once the church has been completed, then the Lord will appear and gather His church, with the wedding of the Lamb taking place in heaven during the time when God's wrath is being poured out upon the earth:

Hallelujah!
For our Lord God, the Almighty, reigns. Let us rejoice and celebrate and give Him the glory. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready. She was given clothing of fine linen, linen bright and pure.” - Rev.19:6-8

After the bride receives here fine linen at the wedding of the Lamb, she is then seen in Rev.19:14 wearing that same fine linen, white and clean and riding white horses and following the Lord out of heaven to the earth to end the age.
Believers right now are clothed in the righteousness of Christ and we are bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh, we have become one with him right now.

Pretty sure the flesh being corruptible remains in the ground. Only Christ's body didn't see corruption. Isn't that what we are taught?
Why were the old testament saints raised?

That is another attempt at spiritualization. The scripture in Rev.19:6-8 clearly takes place in heaven. As proof of this, those who will have received their fine linen white and clean, are said to follow Christ out of heaven on white horses. This will literally take place at that time.

Though we have been credited with righteousness because of faith in Christ, we, the bride, will literally receive that fine linen, white and clean in heaven at the marriage of the Lamb.

Stop spiritualizing these events in order to remove their literal fulfillment.

Like I always say, if you read antichrist bibles you will find the antichrist... now I can add antichrist or the devil to it lol. The KJV doesn't say that. I HIGHLY recommend tossing those bibles and read the inspired version.

1 John 5:19 KJV
And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.
Do you know the 1611 Translation Team got the SAME KIND CRITICISMS for making the updated English Version Known as the KJV.

Quote, from the 1611 KJV Original Preface:

"Now to the later we answere; that wee doe not deny, nay wee affirme and avow, that the very meanest { poorest } translation of the Bible in English, set foorth by men of our profession (for wee have seene none of theirs of the whole Bible as yet) containeth the word of God, nay, is the word of God. . . .
. . .
Yet before we end, we must answere a third cavill and objection of theirs against us, for altering and amending our Taanslations [sic] so oft; wherein truely they deale hardly, and strangely with us."
{ The very same thing many KJO Believers want to do to MODERN Translations. }

Revelation 12 is about the 1st century Mary and Jesus clearly, how is it Israel in today's world? Reveation 12:5 Makes it clear it is Jesus, no one else can and will rule the nations and ascend to the Father.

Do you know how much time is between the 2 verses below?

Revelation 19:8,14 KJV
[8]And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

[14] And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

Look VCO, God promised to preserve his word. His preserved word will be perfect as the KJV is perfect. Bible translations that say Jesus had an origin are not God's word and they're are hinderance to understanding his word.

Does it matter? It will take place in heaven during the time of God's wrath during that last seven years. At some point after the bride/church has been caught up, they will receive their fine linen, white and clean and then at the end of the seven years when it is time for the Lord to return to the earth to end the age, then the bride/church who will have received her fine linen will be following the Lord out of heaven on white horses and returning with him.

"They (the beast and the ten kings) will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”

"His called, chosen and faithful followers" is the bride who will have been caught up and received their fine linen and will be following the Lord out of heaven to end the age. The following scripture also supports this:

"And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of his saints to execute judgment upon all and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have unfaithfully committed and of all the hard words which the unfaithful sinners have spoken against him."

When the Lord returns to the earth, with him will be thousands of his saints, his bride, his called, chosen and faithful followers, riding on white horses and following the Lord out of heaven.

The Apostle John explains that an anti-christ is one who does not accept Christ as the son of God. So everyone who does not believe in Christ is an anti-christ. The term anti-christ was never used in the bible to describe a particular man or institution.
He has many titles. YES there are a multitude of picture-types of Antichrist, but the one at the End who is ruling the WORLD for a short time, will be the most BLOOD THIRSTY DICTATOR THAT EVER LIVED, beheading everyone who will not bow to him as god, and taking his mark as proof they did.

Here are some of names that the Satan possessed Dictator will be known as:

2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 (RSV)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our assembling to meet him, we beg you, brethren,
[SUP]2 [/SUP] not to be quickly shaken in mind or excited, either by spirit or by word, or by letter purporting to be from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come.
[SUP]3 [/SUP] Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition,

Revelation 13:1 (ASV)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] and he stood upon the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns, and seven heads, and on his horns ten diadems, and upon his heads names of blasphemy.

Daniel 9:26-27 (NASB)
[SUP]26 [/SUP] "Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined.
[SUP]27 [/SUP] "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate."

The marriage happened right here:

[SUP]16 [/SUP]For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

This is the OT saints meeting the NT saints "in the clouds" for the wedding. This happened right after Jerusalem, the great harlot, was destroyed.
Well this is where I must depart from my preterist friends. I see no reason to link this passage to 70ad, I still think it's Christ coming again bringing in the new eternal age on earth. The last trumpet doesn't have to be the 7th trumpet in Revelation.

All these are examples of an anti-christ, yes, but there is no where in Scripture that I'm aware of that specifically elevates one anti-christ (human) as chief over all.

Really? How about the following:

"He was given power to wage war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.

Being given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation, would cover all people on the planet.

Bookends...I will ask you again to listen to Ahwatukee , VCO and a few others. Surely you do not believe everything PW and the other friend of yours say. You do know your eternal soul is at risk! and they do not care........ They prevert the Bible like it is something written out of one of newspapers of today. They are poking their fingers in God's eye and dragging you down with them.....

Listen to them and look it up for yourself....... for where YOUR SOUL spends its eternity is yours to control.

I will pray that you will change your mindset before it is too late.

Where in the world did you ever get the idea that Salvation was dependent upon believing in the new "Rapture" theory?
