Jonathan, you are getting things out of context.

When Jesus mentioned that attributing the works of the Holy Spirit to satan was unforgivable, He was talking about HIS works. Only Jesus can state that HIS works are of the Holy Spirit. It is ONLY Jesus who we can be totally assured as doing the works of the Holy Spirit. When the Jewish leaders said Jesus was casting out demons by the prince of demons, they were attributing the work of the Holy Spirit (in Jesus) as demonic.

Around this time Jesus starting saying "woe to you scribes and pharisees". "behold your house is left desolate to you" "you will not see me again until you can say 'blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord' "

Just because a mere mortal claims to do works of the Holy Spirit, does not mean it IS the Holy Spirit. John was clear "test the spirits to see whether they are of God". How do we test the spirits? Well, by testing it against the Word of God.

This is why people are to scared to TEST things, they scared they will speak against the Holy Spirit and loose their salvation as the scripture states BUT how do we know which ones has the Spirit and which ones don't well as you stated we use the Word of God.

Jesus spoke gentle but with authority! The Word say's thus says the Lord: I am gentle and lowly.

Anyone preaching today that we should agree on MUST be gentle and lowly but with authority and with the fruit of the Spirit AND NOT have a love for money!!

So now you believe the Bible. Before you said it was written by sexist men with bias. Now you act like you believe it is inspired by God. Which one is it? You cannot just pick and choose what verses you like.

I originally reminded everyone to have a listen to the Audio of Joyce Meyer's blasphemy before making further comments on how "sound" she is. I then asked them to listen to the words which came out of her lips. You have just said "words out of her mouth". Sorry, I thought you were correcting my English. Thanks for reinforcing my advice.

You have it all wrong and you know that well. Love rejoices in the truth 1 cor 13 not damnable heresy, that
we hate.

Be aware many many folk have lovingly engaged in dialogue with all of the false teachers that are in the church
namely TBN preachers. They have agreed oftimes with their error yet continued in it. And even increased in more new false teaching...getting worst and worst just as the bible predicted.

It's only personal in the sense of identifying specifically who is teaching a false Gospel.

Jesus did that, with name-calling. The Apostles and Early Church Fathers did that. We are to judge righteous judgement. We are to reject those who preach another Gospel.

Joyce Meyer preaches another Gospel, as do many/most WOFers.

Call the Waaambulance for yourself if you don't know and stand for truth.

Tolerance and Consensus as Unity in Diversity IS the spirit of anti-christ. To insist on tolerance and have group consensus for the sake of "unity" is yielding to THAT spirit, not THE Spirit.

In Christ there is no such custom, there is no male, no female, no Greek, no Jew, we are all the same in Christ. It is mans laws for tradition which makes such distinctions, preferences, respecter of persons, one over another.
Let this same Spirit, same mind, be in you who was in Christ Jesus wasn’t written for the man only. If that is your law then you are under the law and not of Christ.
