This points out that there are many false Christians today as the Bible predicted. Christians who think that morally OK When the Law says we are not.
2 Timothy 3:1-5 KJV
(1) This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
(2) For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
(3) Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
(4) Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
(5) Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
These verses are talking about professed Christians in the last days.

Voice of the Martyrs, alistair beigh is a good preacher, too, I have heard him on national radio, an incredible preacher of God, powerful speaking, gift of speaking, then, he and Kirk Cameron (where was Kirk, by the way) do this tv show, VOTM, and, it really does GIT ya !
I just wish that beigh would have threaded that witness to that buddhist lady more with first asking about the 'Have you done fornication?' 'Have you done...' with then telling her, 'the bible says we're not good, none good,' with then saying, 'That means me too, I'm no good either. Paul called himself 'wretched.'
And then after that when she was going off with 'Those are just laws, you gonna believe in some words someone wrote 2000 years ago?' with 'The person that wrote those words says it's OK, the person that died 2000 years ago didn't just die, He died for you and me, the people that KILLED him on the cross. You're sins are paid in full from what that man who did no sin, you've heard that before haven't ya, THAT man died for your sins, He without sin became sin for you, ma'am.'
Idk, I am probably to hard on evangelist Beigh, but, yeah, that, and, what was great too was where
the atheist was going at it with Beigh.
1. You don't believe someone created 2 of every animal, 6 million animals, 2.4 billion humans, what about the stars, the sky, the ground you walk on, the universe, the darkness. Who created the light, the dark?
Then, Christ peeps, IF you re-watch this video, you will see at this point that the atheist is really starting to think to himself, don't you think, pun intended.
But, then, as Beigh has him thinking about the handiwork of God all over, including 'male and female,' and, all that Beigh said that he believed there was just a big bang and everything happened, Beigh...
....made a mistake Oh, sure, I Love his work for God, it's fantastic glory to God, but, yes, Beigh was talking about God making all the animals, plants, humans, etc. and the atheist shot back....

Beigh , is it mcbeigh, not watched him long time, I should watch him again, but, yes, he really didn't have a GREAT answer. Ahh, to REACH THE LOST, peeps, we MUST be prepared, we can have them and LOSE them in a blink of the eye.

Now, maybe, there just is more mcbeigh could have said, I just would have to think more about this. Maybe I missed something too.
But, i think, McBeigh should have told this man that God created creation, He has always been, no beginning, no end. He is the alpha and omega. He begins things and end things. There is no other than God, He is the first and the last and there is nothing before the first. He is . Bible says, He calls Himself, 'IAM.'
Now, you, atheist (not being derogatory), you can either believe in a God of eternal life for you who created your life, created eternal life, created all life, or, you can believe in your big bang theory? That is up to you.
I would then look in this person's eyes and see if His soul looked like it was being shaken by these words, make no mistake, I am BUT A VESSEL, God is doing the shaking , the convicting in this atheist. But, the Lord leads, I would then, if led, continue with more, don't worry, the LORD does amazing work when we evangelize, done it a few times, God's worked !!! But, I would then, if still shooting back at me disagreement nods, like this guy did again to mcbeigh after he, AT FIRST, had this atheist by the THROAT, I felt, this could just be my feeling. But, that is what I FELT, from watching the video.
You watch it and git your own conclusions of the heated exchanges with the Buddhist lady and then the atheist. The Lord leads
One last thing, John Lennon, it was said was more upset with what happens to people because of God wars, famines, what God allows, it sounded like to me, for real reason why not believing, Lennon was born again, it says too, I thought I saw but was swayed back to where he was before he accepted Christ. I wonder if he was going to church for any time. He left the beatles, and, they broke up, he was no longer on tour with them? He was his own man, 'Imagine' movie, etc. Did he begin to see God in a great way? This I wonder, I never knew he thought of God at all.
One of the riveting questions that John Lennon asked is something that a lot of the lost ask, 'What can Christianity do for me?"
My answer to that, those listening, seeking, maybe atheists, maybe buddhists.
My answer: NOTHING, in of itself, it is true that it will change your life, but it is important for you to understand the relationship of that Christianity and it begins and ends with Jesus, His being born, in three weeks, about this time even I think, except in USA, it is 10:30pm here now, 'course, baby Jesus was born in Bethlehem. but, yes, Jesus, that little boy that became a child that became a man that became a hero that became a goat that became crucified, did not wrong, He, that man, so...
What can Jesus do for you? What he did for me. Inseperable life of pure joy in the midst of His always Loving me, saved into His arms forevermore, and, no this feeling is not something I can compare. I am free.
Time for a prayer: I, _____, take you, Jesus, as my Lord and Saviour, I believe that you died on the cross for me, your shed blood now covers me, I am SET free, my sins, I confess them now, Lord Jesus, I repent, thank you for saving me and taking me, a wretched, lost soul, imputed to you in perfect standing, with grace alone, I will never leave you, Lord, keep me Lord Jesus, I am yours. Amen.
You just prayed this prayer, ask Him now how to go on to a great life with Him.

Thanks for sharing! I've seen some of his shows before on tv. I love the ones where they get saved and you see their reaction when the Holy Spirit convicts them of their sins.
Very interesting. John Lennon was on my mind over the last 2 weeks, I felt sad for him. I didn't realize it was his anniversary coming up.
I'll pray for that Buddhist woman. Interesting thing, people are always drawn to confrontations. Her attitude drew a lot of people to come listen to the conversation and even video it!!! Something tells me that woman may end up saved eventually. I really think God is going to draw her. She said "why doesn't God strike me down". My mother used to hate Christians and was in a strong state of rebellion, a bit like that woman. God revealed Himself to her in a powerful way and she had a dramatic conversion.

wow...thankyou Kate for sharing this wonderful dvd....it was deeply moving and shows the power of God to move in the hearts of men and women as they hear His Word proclaimed...it reminds me of the words...Go into all the world and preach the gospel...i really love the dvd and I wish everyone all over the world could see it
Well, I'm thankful for such a ministry for sure, as they are taking steps in the right direction. Those responsible for this video are surely in a fruitful ministry, but the fruitfulness is limited without accepting the first works and first love, which include all things common, no respect of persons, casting lots, unity, etc.
Much resistance comes from metioning all things common, but I'm used to it now, and still hopefull every time I mention it.

You are very right, and I do know that all Christians have that in common. I'm not judging anyone, I'm just saying that it's limited fruitfulness.
