In the beginning only God existed as the only Holy Spirit. He then created Jesus Christ as His only Son, also the first created being. Jesus was a God, just as His Father and also a Holy Spirit.

no

Jesus Christ was resurrected by God and only when He went to sit on the right hand side of God, did the Holy Spirit exist on this world. I believe, that is the time when God gave Jesus Christ some of His Godly powers that He had before He gave up His deity status, back to Him which included Omnipotence, that is the ability to be in heaven and at the same time to be on this earth as the Holy Spirit.

no

This also solves the problem that I had with the Two Thrones in the New Jerusalem and not Three. The fact that Jesus Christ as the High Priest and still man, and God as the Holy Spirit, will be amongst their own people in the New Jerusalem, there will be no need for a third throne for a third Holy Spirit. That also clears the matter of the Trinity concept and teaching which is not true.

no

Well, I hope and believe that somebody out there has learnt something valuable.
so do i hope that.

God the Son yes, and this part is only half the Gospel, the death's purpose was to take away the sin that caused death issue from Father's vantage point so that Father upon ones belief in seeing what the death did then can agree with God and see their own death and ask forGod to raise them frfom the dead just as Father raised Chjrist from the dead, a good description of this act to the full Gospel which is life oin the Spirit of God is found Romans 6:1-6:11. Also to see what the full Gospel is found
Romans 5:10For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!
And we get this understanding by first reckoning oneself alse dead to the sin of this world and by this we are alive anew by the resurrection of Christ. If no ressurection then we are still in our sins. But he did rise and that is the full Gospel and therefore by beleif we died to and were born again by the resurrection. Bible is real clear on it being by belief that one does the engrafted word notice engrafted.
Romans 4:24but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.
Romans 6:1[ Dead to Sin, Alive in Christ ] What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase?
Romans 6:4We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. ( I believe that this is Holy Ghost Baptism not water)
Romans 6:9For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him.
Romans 6:11In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
Romans 7:4So, my brothers and sisters, you also died to the law through the body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God.
Romans 8:11And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.
THe new way of life through trust in what has been done is awesome and I am incredibly thankful
and thanks to you JLHILLsSR
Don't get me wrong. I fully believe in the resurrection. I do not, however, believe it was God who was resurrected but the Body. Jehovah, being everlasting, would not have died.

Excellent point and makes sense to me, the body had to be left dead for three days as proof of the death otherwise the new covenant could not have taken effect Hebrews 9:15-17, and yes about the Spirit of God could not die and as well Jesus said to the thief that believed him he said today you will be in paradise with me, so this is proof to me of what you said here. and Jesus to me was born a life-giving Spirit being born of the Virgin

Luk 2:46 KJV - And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions.
This is symbolic of the three days that the humanity spent in Abraham's bosom.

Yes there are many symbolic things like whne Sampson destroyed the Temple in his time and like Jonah being in the whale for three days and showinmg up to the ninevites coming out of the whale and Jonah preaches and they believe thus repent. I have heard from history don'tremember where but that the Ninevites worshiped the great fish, the whale and here comes Jonah out of the Whale and says there is one greater.
Also notice on the Landscape that if Jonah wouldhave not ran from the Lord and had traveledto Ninevah on Land humanly speaking Jonah would not have survived and would have taken a lot more than three days to get to Ninevah even if he had made it but by that time to exhausted and what reason would they had to believe. Just some more food for thought.

Thanks for yours

When a person's spirit leaves their body, the body dies. When the spirit returns, the life returns with it.

Jas_2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Luk 8:49 While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue's house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master.
Luk 8:50 But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.
Luk 8:51 And when he came into the house, he suffered no man to go in, save Peter, and James, and John, and the father and the mother of the maiden.
Luk 8:52 And all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth.
Luk 8:53 And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.
Luk 8:54 And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise.
Luk 8:55 And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.
Luk 8:56 And her parents were astonished: but he charged them that they should tell no man what was done.

The spirit of the person does not die, in that it ceases to exist. The same holds true with the Spirit of Jehovah Jesus God. He Himself, that is His spirit man, went to the heart of the earth while His body remained in the tomb for three days and nights. At the end of the three days and nights, His spirit, He Himself, returned back into the body that died, and the body that was dead was given life because life himself returned. Then He went to the Father in Heaven.

Notice that the Body had not changed in those three days. It was preserved in that state, and had not decomposed. This is true today. The Body of Christ is the same as it was when it was taken from the cross.

Gen 37:32 KJV - And they sent the coat of [many] colours, and they brought [it] to their father; and said, This have we found: know now whether it [be] thy son's coat or no.
Gen 37:33 KJV - And he knew it, and said, [It is] my son's coat; an evil beast hath devoured him; Joseph is without doubt rent in pieces.

Joseph is the humanity. The coat represents the Body.

And this is why as a man thinks so is he period. We all are designed this way Jacob was convinced of a lie and evidence prooved this to him. But without this and the foreknowledge of God the promised race from God woiuld not have been saved.
Now see Joseph spent 13 years in Jail kept trusting God no matter what and was put in Jail Falsely. And I know I have done my stretch and am still trusting God because of his forekowledge in all things.
This is what Joseph trusted in was God the creator of all. This is what we are to do as well especially in the midst of adversity and count all things as a joy if you believe in God count all things as a joy
So see what Joseph said to his Brothers after they had bowed to him as they were told they would one day. Those Brothers are now worried over whether there little brother will do something to them for they know they deserve punishment
Genesis 45:3“I am Joseph!” he said to his brothers. “Is my father still alive?” But his brothers were speechless! They were stunned to realize that Joseph was standing there in front of them.
Genesis 45:4“Please, come closer,” he said to them. So they came closer. And he said again, “I am Joseph, your brother, whom you sold into slavery in Egypt.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]But don’t be upset, and don’t be angry with yourselves for selling me to this place. It was God who sent me here ahead of you to preserve your lives. therefore just as what happened here by trusting God all:

Something interesting in that story, however. His brothers did not sell him.

Gen 37:27 KJV - Come, and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites and let not our hand be upon him; for he [is] our brother [and] our flesh. And his brethren were content.
Gen 37:28 KJV - Then there passed by Midianites merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmeelites for twenty [pieces] of silver: and they brought Joseph into Egypt.

They wanted to sell him to the Ishmaelites. But the Midianites sold him, beforehand.

Hi Truthseeker

Excellent question, here are answers straight from the bible. As you can see they have confirmed your understanding of the trinity. God is the almighty, Jesus is Gods son and the holy spirit is Gods active force. Please let me know if you agree with this logic.

John 14:28
,: “[Jesus said:] If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I go to the Father; for the Father is greater than I.”

Matt. 26:39
, : “Going a little farther he [Jesus Christ] fell on his face and prayed, ‘My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as thou wilt.’” (If the Father and the Son were not distinct individuals, such a prayer would have been meaningless. Jesus would have been praying to himself, and his will would of necessity have been the Father’s will.)

Mark 13:32,: “Of that day or that hour no ones knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” (Of course, that would not be the case if Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were coequal, comprising one Godhead. And if, as some suggest, the Son was limited by his human nature from knowing, the question remains, Why did the Holy Spirit not know?)
Hi BibleEd
Herewith my first document that I placed on this site. It contains various truths. Enjoy.

Herewith a document on many aspects, Trinity, Salvation Plan, Jesus Christ's path, The Law of God, True Love to God and the Sabbath.
Hi there, I am 62 years old with a lot, still not enough, of Biblical knowledge which I have gathered over the years. My studies began when I realized how many different 'Truths' their are for one thing. God is the same forever, why would one church claim that their teachings' are right and the other churches' teachings are wrong. How can two different teaching be the same thing and then claim it comes from the same God and then walk around saying that we are all praying to the same God. This cannot be true. With this mighty tool in my hand, I will discuss a few issues that many people always wondered about and could not find the true answer. The information that I will pass on to you will be information that I have gathered over many years as an individual deep delver into all the teachings out there. I will endeavor to pass only the Truth and I am always willing to change my views if you out there could provide the proof from the Bible, the only source that I use. I do not attend any church on a regular basis and is not a member of any church.

In the beginning only God existed as the only Holy Spirit. He then created Jesus Christ as His only Son, also the first created being. Jesus was a God, just as His Father and also a Holy Spirit. So, there were two Holy Spirits in heaven. He also created angels. After some time, a third of the angels rebelled against God and there was war in heaven. Jesus Christ and His angels fought against Satan and his angels and Jesus Christ won the war. Satan and his angels were cast onto this earth. The earth was still in a mess, ie. the water was not separated from the earth etc. Jesus Christ got the instruction from God to create the earth etc. and Jesus then proceeded to create the earth, animals, plants etc. and eventually Adam and Eve. This was done in 7 literal days and not 7 periods.

Satan immediately started with his deception etc. to destroy God's newest addition to His family, Adam and Eve and Satan achieved it by getting them to sin. God was very upset about this but luckily for us, God already had a Salvation Plan in place for His children to be saved. The plan was for Jesus to come to this earth to tell the people about God and to get them to follow Jesus and become children of God. But that also meant that Jesus had to give up His Godly status and to become totally man. This means that only one Holy Spirit was left in Heaven.

Mankind started filling this earth and sin grew by the day. Eventually this earth was full of sin and God was very upset. This was round about two thousand years after creation. The big flood occurred and most of mankind was destroyed. Only Noah and his family plus the animals God selected were saved.

The earth became filled up with people again and there were a lot of sin. God then decided to send His Son Jesus Christ to this earth. This was also round about two thousand years after the big flood.

Jesus was born in Bethlehem and grew up as a carpenter but also studied the written Word of God. He made sure that the written Word was in line with God's Truth as He obviously knew what was right and wrong. With the same Word, He taught many people the Truth and who God really is. He also demonstrated the power of God by healing the sick and even raised people from the dead.

You may now ask, how is it possible for a man to do these miracles. Well, God gave Jesus healing powers when He was baptized by John the baptist. So, it was the power of the Holy Spirit, which was God at that stage, that worked through Jesus Christ, that healed mankind. Jesus was only a tool that God used. There was NO other Holy Spirit on this world.

Jesus also had to teach mankind what real love is. Love towards God and towards your neighbours. A lot of people do not realize that this love is not just a warm feeling inside you. God's love is measurable. God gave His requirements to Adam and Eve already but at mount Sinai He wrote His requirements on two stone tablets and gave it to Moses. That was the Will of God or otherwise known as the Law of God or the Ten Commandments. You see, if you steal or murder someone, you show your hate towards that person but if you do not steal or murder, you show your love towards your neighbour.
The first four Commandments refer to the love towards God and the last six Commandments, the love towards your neighbour. The churches love to read these two Commandments on Sundays but do not explain the Truth within it. There will be huge financial implications in their lives if they do so.

A lot of churches today advocate that upholding God's Law, or the Will of God is not necessary anymore. It is so far from the truth. The old laws regarding circumcision, meat preparations, special Sabbaths etc. were abolished with the death of Jesus Christ, but the upholding of God's Law is still valid today. Jesus Christ held God's Law and we are instructed in His Word, that we need to uphold the Law of God until Jesus comes again. Yes, that is until Jesus Christ comes on a cloud again to collect the Saved ones, also referred to as the First Coming.

Now, most of the churches ignores one commandment of God. That is the fourth commandment regarding the Sabbath.
There is nobody on the earth that will provide me proof from the original Bible, that today's Sabbath is Sunday. Anybody who has such proof, must provide it to me and he/she will be US$50000 richer and if you cannot do that, please donate only US$10 to this web-site. I challenge all the priests, pastors and ministers of all churches to provide me with this proof. I do not want a theory based on events or what someone has said, I want the verse that quotes the fact that the Sabbath is the Sunday. The seven day cycle has never changed from creation till now. The seventh day, thousands of years ago is still the seventh day today. It is similar to a clock with the the 12 at the top.

Where did the confusion come in you may ask. Well, about 325AD, there was a Roman Emperor with the name of Constantine, also the head of the Roman Catholic Church, who brought the hour of worship on a Sunday to cater for those people who were sun-god-worshippers and changed to Christian worshipping, which meant that they could just change venues like one who would change from the Baptist Church to the Methodist Church on the same day. This usage became the norm and now, about 2000 years later, people don't realize the importance of the subtle change that Satan has implemented. Yes, Satan got it right to change God's law without people realizing it today, and that he did by using the church. Yes, most of the churches today advocate and teach that Sunday is the Sabbath day whilst Saturday is the true Sabbath day.

Now, coming back to the Law or Will of God, Jesus Christ and a lot of His disciples confirmed that if you Love God, you will obey ALL His commandments. That is the basis of true Godly love. If you ignore this fact, there is no hope for you. This is very serious. God forgives upon true repentence and only after you have done His Will. Are you one of them? Are you really repenting the breaking of the true Sabbath? Just remember, Jesus Christ held the Sabbath and He told people that if you love God, you must OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS. That is the Truth, nothing more and nothing less.

What about the person who holds all the laws but do not believe in God or Jesus Christ you may ask. I doubt if anybody will uphold God's Laws and at the same time not believe in God. The first requirement to become a child of God is to accept Jesus Christ as God's Son and to believe and trust Him with your whole heart, sole and mind. Then you need to show and live your love towards God and your neigbour by upholding God's Law. If you do not fulfill this requirement, I do believe that the person who do not believe in God and Jesus Christ, will not be saved. For the person who believes and trust in Jesus Christ and God, it will not be a burden to obey the Commandments as you will enjoy doing it because you will know in your heart that you are doing what God wants you to do and you will be a better person and that salvation is possible for you.

When Jesus accomplished all the deeds that God gave Him on this earth, He had to sacrifice His life to enable mankind to be saved. Yes, Jesus took upon His shoulders all the sin of this world when He died on the cross as our Saviour. How great is that to know that we can still be saved from all our sins. We need to repent, repent and repent and to believe and trust in Jesus Christ and God.

That is why Jesus said, "When two or more are gathered in My Name, there I will be." Jesus, as the true Holy Spirit, and not another person, will be amongst us.

Well, I hope and believe that somebody out there has learnt something valuable. This is a summary of many years of studies. It is free and there is no charge. It is not everyday that you will receive something for nothing. Enjoy the reading and feel free to write to me if you feel that I have overstepped.

I thank you for your time and patience to read through this document. If you are really earnest in your search of the Real Truth, God will open your eyes to see it. Believe and Trust in Him. That is the only path.

I have given you what I believe is the real Truth and I pray that God will bless you with this knowledge.

I agree with you that it was not God that was resurrected. Jesus was and still is the Son of God and He was totally flesh and human when He died on the cross. The people who believe in the Trinity concept have this problem to believe that Jesus was God on this earth.

When a person's spirit leaves their body, the body dies. When the spirit returns, the life returns with it.

Jas_2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

The word Spirit also means Breath, soul and man. So if your breath leaves your body, where does it go. It mixes with the air around you and vanishes. There are no Spirits or souls flying around except for God and Satan's angels. God breathed onto Adam and he became a living Soul. To teach that the spirit waits somewhere and enters the body again is a false teaching, unless of course you can prove it from the Bible.
Herewith my first document that I placed on this site with many different truth subjects. Enjoy it.

That is why Jesus said, "When two or more are gathered in My Name, there I will be." Jesus, as the true Holy Spirit, and not another person, will be amongst us.

Why indeed....
Why also does Jesus pray to God, not only in public but also in private if he is indeed, God in the flesh? Why too would he have prayed to God asking him "why have you forsaken me" while on the cross if he was in fact God. If he were God in the flesh surely he would have known he was God. Instead the scriptures teach us that God instructed Jesus and gave him truth, knowledge and power as tools to bring his message to us and guide us.

I do not wish to ruffle feathers but it would seem logical to me that although Jesus is a member of the Godhead, he could not be God fully.

As you can see I have a very difficult time with the Trinity idea and although it is true that faith does not require logic, we are an intelligent species which, to some degree requires logic to make sense of things. This does include faith.
Herewith a little document on the Trinity and Jesus as Man on this earth. Enjoy.

Trinity ??

The time is now, where people turn their ears from the truth and follow fables.

2 Tim 4:3-5 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” Isn’t this just what is happening all over the world in our churches today?

Jesus, the first creation.

Col 1: 15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature.” Here it refers to Jesus and is proof that Jesus was the first born, even before the creation of earth and mankind which means that He was with God. That is the only place He could be namely with His Father God. As Jesus is God’s son, it can only mean that Jesus Christ is also a God, just like His Father.
Joh 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

Godhead consist of TWO only.

Zech 6:12-13 “And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The Branch; and he shall grow up out of his place, and shall build the temple of the Lord: Even he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. Here we can see clearly that God talks about Jesus Christ and that the counsel of peace will consist of two, the term ‘both’ is used, and not ‘us’ or ‘three’ as per the Trinity teaching.

Luke saw that the Godhead consist of TWO. He also confirms that Jesus is a man.

Acts 7:55-56 “But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up steadfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God. And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.” Luke, the author of Acts, saw only Jesus, the Son of man, on the right hand side of God. He saw the glory of ‘God’ but not God Himself because God is the only Holy Spirit left behind. If there were a third entity, a separate Holy Spirit, Luke would have mentioned it. Jesus also confirms to us that nobody has seen God face to face but Himself.

Jesus would have mentioned the separate Holy Spirit if there was one.

Joh 14:23 “Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.” Jesus confirms that He (Spirit of Truth) and God (Holy Spirit) will come unto them that keep Their word. No mention is made of a third entity ie. the Holy Spirit.

There is only one God and one Lord Jesus Chist.

1 Cor 8:6 “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.” If there were three Gods, as per the Trinity doctrine, why would Paul confirm here that there’s only One God?

The Spirit of Truth receives from Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ receives from God.

Joh 16:13-15 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.” Here we clearly see that the Spirit of Truth will receive his information from Jesus Christ, as Jesus Christ receives His information from God. There is a definite ranking order which places God on top, then Jesus Christ and then the Spirit of Truth. As the Spirit of Truth does not speak that he has not been given from Jesus Christ clearly proves that Jesus Christ dictates what is to be said to the people via the Spirit of Truth.
We can then accept that Jesus Christ is on earth in spirit form as the Spirit of Truth.

Holy Spirit existed on earth ONLY after Jesus Christ was glorified, after resurrection

Joh 7:39 “But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified. This text tells us that the Holy Spirit did not exist on earth until Jesus Christ was resurrected and glorified, ie. Jesus received His omnipotence back which means that whilst He is in heaven He is on earth with us as the Holy spirit or the Spirit of Truth. This also gives more meaning to the following text where Jesus Christ says that where two or more are gathered in His name, He will be there.

Jesus BETWEEN those who gathers in His name.

Mat 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” Jesus Christ confirms here that He, and nobody else, will be on earth amongst those who gathers in His name.

Jesus will be with those that do the things that He commanded them to do until the end of the world.

Mat28:20 “Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” Jesus confirms here that He will be with those, who follow His teachings, until the end of the world.

Jesus is our mediator to God. Also proves that Jesus was totally MAN and there’s only ONE God.

1 Tim 2-5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” No mention is made of the Holy Spirit; it is also confirmed here that Jesus Christ is ‘Man’. The trinity concept that there are three Gods in heaven is therefore questionable.

Jesus is the believer’s advocate with God.

1 Joh 2:1 “My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have and advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.”

It is fantastic to know that Jesus stands in for us at His Father’s side and that He is the Holy Spirit on this earth right now.

JESUS AS TOTAL MAN AND NOT A MIX OF GOD AND MAN ON EARTH

Jesus’ Godly-status in heaven changed to that as SERVANT, in likeness of MAN on earth.

Phil 2:5-7 “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: but made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men.” Here is proof that Jesus Christ had the form of God, and was basically equal with God, but He gave up His Godly status and took up the lowest form of man, and was made servant. A man born from a normal Jewish woman who was pure of heart. He could have sinned as He had a choice whether He wanted to or not but He knew what the consequences of sinning would lead to.

Jesus confirming His initial status with God.

Joh 17:5 “And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.” Here Jesus Christ prays to God confirming His status that He had whilst He was with God.

Jesus became archangel.

Rev 12:7-9 “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” Jesus took up lower form namely that of an archangel after laying aside His Godly status. Jesus had to fulfil this duty as, Lucifer who was the Leading angel, had to be cast out of heaven.

Jesus took up the form of man.

He could have sinned but He had a choice whether He wanted to or not but He knew what the consequences of sinning would lead to.

John 1:14 “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” In verse 1 we read that the Word was God and verse 14 we read that the Word was made flesh (Man) and dwelt among the people. This confirms that Jesus was God and gave up his Godly status and became man on earth.

Jesus lived as man.

Jesus got hungry.

Luke 4:2 “Being forty days tempted of he devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.” If He was not man He wouldn’t have become hungry.

Jesus was tempted by Satan to sin.

Luke 4:3,5-7, “And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.” ”And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, showed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.” Jesus was tempted by Satan to sin. He would not have tempted Jesus if Jesus was still a God but he took the chance as he knew that Jesus was man and could sin.

Jesus died as man, alone with no link between Him and God.

Mark 15:34 “And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, my God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Jesus cried out to God as He was in a lot of pain on the cross. God was not there for Him in this hour. Jesus died as man, with a lot suffering just before His crucifixion and was then nailed to the cross which was a very excruciating painful procedure. He died a very slow and painful death. . If Jesus was half man and half God, He would not have suffered this agony.

Satan will have some ammunition against God at the final judgement day, if Jesus did not go through this total death of ‘man’. As Satan knows that he is doomed for life and will never experience the good life that he had in heaven, he will use every situation and event to try and get back into heaven. Satan would definitely use the argument that Jesus was not totally man if that was the case. It would therefore also be a bluff to the people on earth if Jesus was half ‘man’ half God. In this case Satan has no hold on God regarding the death of the ‘man’ Jesus Christ.

Jesus was resurrected as ‘man’.

Luke 24:30 “And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.” Verse 42-43 “And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. And he took it, and did eat before them.” Jesus, after being resurrected, broke bread with His disciples. He also ate fish and honeycomb. This was after His resurrection. A spirit cannot break bread or eat any solid food, therefore Jesus was resurrected as ‘man’.

Jesus went up to heaven , as ‘Man’

Luke 24:51 “And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.” This happened just after He broke the bread and ate with His disciples. Jesus was therefore taken up as ‘Man’.

Luke saw that the Godhead consist of TWO. It also confirms that Jesus is a man.

Acts 7:55-56 “But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up steadfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God. And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.” Luke saw the Son of ‘man’, Jesus, on the right hand side of God.

Jesus was totally MAN and there’s only ONE God.

1 Tim 2-5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” Paul confirms here that Jesus Christ is ‘Man’ and that there is only One God.
