Of course Jesus is Jewish, and of course we should bless Israel, but that doesn't provide any evidence that Jesus' coming is going to follow the Jewish calendar or that He will come after 6000 years. Do you understand how there is no correlation there?

Why would the Jewish calendar be relevant for Christ returning? And why would 6000 years be significant? Why would the millennium be considered a sabbath day rest? Is the millennium all rest? Looking to the Jewish calendar seems far too speculative and allegorical.

We have imminent return like a thief. We also are told to look for the signs of Jesus' coming. The only way this works is Rapture and Second Coming.

God chooses both corporately and individually. Man is free to believe. The whole world is propitiated. Only those who believe have eternal life. The truth is in between Calvin and Arminius.

There has to be a way I can search for all my own posts. I sometimes find that google does a better job if I give it my name and a key word than the advanced search options do. This shouldn't be. I find it confusing. What can I do better?
