coffee to us is an amazing herb, and should be thought of as something that can be beneficial or harmful,
depending on how we use it.
for myself, I have a very sensitive heart and will usually, when I indulge, may drink 1- 2 weak cps occasionally -
it can stimulate anyones heart to a very uncomfortable level and this should be avoided..
also, I can't handle any 'course' coffee - we like the 'organic-green'.
many times over the years we have 'de-toxed' and gone for years without drinking it, so we do know how it
affects our bodies.
my husband, will usually have about (2) cups in the very early mornings and thoroughly enjoys the buzz.
we have discovered how 'addictive' it can be and the terrible side-affects from going cold=turkey.
I would like to share this, we have many friends around our age who are 'stone-cold-coffee-addicts', drinking
their fill all-day-long...after doing this for many, years, most, if not ALL are experiencing acid reflux,
throat problems, terrible stomach maladies, etc.
like all things we in-jest, moderation and quality are so KEY!!!
