Scary dream about the Slenderman last night

Last night I had a very scary nightmare.

In the dream, I was attending a fun party, and suddenly at that party I met 2 online Christian friends, and this party was at my country (in Finland), and in the dream I was like "oh my goodness, I didn't know you were here! I am so happy now!" and then we talked to each other. Then in the dream I was watching the TV with my friends and I suddenly saw Slenderman in the TV, and then it was very late and everybody was sleeping, but I left the house where the party was, and outside, Slenderman was chasing me, and he was obviously trying to kill me, but in the dream I had to decide to have sex with Slenderman just to save my life, and then suddenly I found out that the Slenderman was just a weird man dressed as Slenderman, and we consulted some sexual health expert about sex things, and then the man who dressed as Slenderman left and I was safe and then I woke up.

What does this dream mean? I feel like this dream is a warning message sent by God...

Is there really such demon as Slenderman? Or is a demon going to impersonate Slenderman and do something to me? :/ And do you know who is Slenderman?

And I am serious and honest, not a troll. But I am very worried about this dream...

Dreams are weird sometimes. I don't know who Slenderman is, I'm assuming he's a fiction character? If this guy creeps you out it's probably your mind just letting it out. I would say a prayer that you stop dreaming about him and try not to let it freak you out to much. I've had some really crazy dreams, just take it as a crazy dream and stop watching Slenderman.

I'm going to be blatantly honest here, cuz I am terribly disturbed by some of the things you have talked about in your different threads.

1.) Myself AND other posters have told you, more than once, why you need to listen to us. God is trying to speak to you through our replies!! YOU need to start listening to him!!

2.) I told you that you would keep experiencing demonic attacks!! This dream is DEFINITELY a warning message sent to you by God!! He's trying to tell you that you need to stop being sinful, prideful, and stubborn, and start doing things HIS way!!

3.) Once again, myself and other posters have told you that there are no fictional demons!! Demons are very real, and they are very dangerous, especially when you try to conjure them up as you did with Severus Snape!!

4.) You need to pray to God for these types of experiences to be removed from you. You also need to be pro-active and co-operative and WILLINGLY give up the objects of your previous idol worship. You can be a Harry Potter fan, of course, BUT whatever you used to conjure up the demons needs to be thrown out!! Demons draw their energy from people like you. They have a tight hold on you right now, and they dont want to let go.

5.) I'm glad you're willing to start watching more appropriate humor videos..Anything lewd, cruel, mean, etc etc is of Satan, for he is the meanest and most evil thing ever!! Go before God with a contrite, repentant heart. Lose the prideful arrogance that you show us in your responses.

6.) If God is truly the single most important thing in your life, nothing else should matter except Him!! You should not care about videos, or movies, or trivial memorabilia. These things seem to be more important to you than God is, and I'm sure other posters would agree with me on that. You CANNOT serve both Satan AND Jesus at the same time!!! Demons can impersonate ANYONE!! Satan masquerades as an angel of light. He tries to impersonate Jesus, but those wise enough to see through his lies recognize him for who he is.

1) Really? Are you hearing God saying things about me and then He tells you to tell me this?

2) I am already repenting my sins. All of them. And now I am on my way to repent the past sins. I have a list of the past sins I have committed.

3) I know that.

4) I already threw away all my occult stuff and stuff that are related to the occult, even the stage magic (magician magic) stuff.

5) Yes. We got that.

6) Ofcourse God is the most important to me. If for some reason I have to give up God, I will be very depressed that I could end up in the hospital. But I was just scared that if I have to give up all media and start watching and listening to Christian media only, but I can watch what I want. I mean that I watch anime, Disney, Phineas and Ferb, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, very rarely Sex and the City and Simpsons very rarely too, and fantasy movies like Harry Potter and Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. I also like to watch some drama movies about teenagers doing things or teen girls doing things, and also movies like American Pie because they are too hilarious... But I refuse to have a leisure life of just watching boring movies like Forrest Gump. That movie is really pointless. And the anime I watch are only Lucky Star which is an anime about girls of my age doing things, Ai Yori Aoshi which is a soap opera anime that tells about a young guy who met his childhood friend again who is a girl and him and the childhood friend girl get engaged, and La Corda D'Oro Blue Sky which tells about a teenage girl who likes playing the violin and she attends a music school with her 2 childhood friends. And later I will watch K-On! which is an anime about high school girls who make a rock band and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya which is about a small group of teens of my age (I think) investigating alien stuff. None of these anime I watch are bad, but sometimes The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Ai Yori Aoshi show some "awkward moments" which is like a girl falling and the panties are visible because the girl fell on the butt and a person jokingly or accidentally grabbing a breast, but I don't think that's sinful because in those animes it just gives a lesson to not to do those things and besides, that's LIFE, that all the time happens. If a dog would sniff your butt, would you get angry at the dog and say "YOU DANG SINNER DOG! HOW DARE YOU!!!?"? Or if a girl in real life falls on her butt to the floor and her panties are seen because she fell like that on the floor, would you tell her "WHY DID YOU FALL LIKE THAT YOU SINNER?"? I am telling you that the awkward moments in anime are just LIFE, not any pornography.

Worship God, Jesus, and also the Holy Spirit?
Be helpful to others
Trying not to sin
Asking for forgiveness
Throwing away stuff that brings demons

well fpor one, slender isnt a demon or anything. He is a meme created by the website somethingawful a few years back during their, 'create a new urban legend(or creepypasta)' contest. Also dreams can just be dreams. They are just hallucinations involving your subconscious and a drug called dmt that your brain releases as it sleeps. You also dont have to give up secular media to be a christian, but you do need to learn about separating fiction from reality.

I gave up all media..I dont have cable tv, I rarely listen to the radio, and I have given away most of my music cd's. Did it bother me one bit to do all that? Absolutely not, because my mind is alot clearer and more focused on God now, than it was when it was filled with music and tv shows. You keep twisting my words--I'm not telling you to stop watching shows altogether. But at least use better discernment as to which are more appropriate.

You created all these threads to ask OUR advice, yet you blatantly resist everything that the different posters have suggested to you. You're determined to do what YOU want, hell or high water. I would take Tintin's advice in his reply to one of your posts and get rid of the ALL the stumbling blocks in your life so you can return to your creator. As for your list, I'm sure most of us have those same things on our own personal lists as well. It's great that you have gotten rid of all your occult stuff, BUT you still possess the very things used to conjure up the demons--your Harry Potter stuff!! You dont need to give up God, of course not, but you DO need to get rid of the objects that the demons are obviously still attracted to.

View it this way and tell me: if Jesus asked you to get rid of it all, would you do it without arguing or being stubborn? Or would you whine and say "it's not hurting me so why do I have to get rid of it"?. Tourist is right when he says you have alot of growing up to do. You have no clue what the evil ways of the world can put upon you!! I would think that being attacked by demons would have smartened you up, but apparently it has'nt.

As for us posters hearing God tell us what to say, yes absolutely. Each time I write a reply on any topic, I ALWAYS ask God to give me the words to say to someone. I'm sure other posters do that as well. Take off the rose-colored glasses that you're viewing the world with. Learn to listen with not only your ears, but your eyes as well.

But nowdays they have reported Slendy sightings and 2 girls killed their friend for Slendy, but I am guessing that a demon is taking Slendy's form... Maybe Slenderman is Lucifer.

troubledgirl, yes you can be a Harry Potter fan, of course, BUT you dont need to hold on to all the memorabilia to be a fan. The Harry Potter stuff is what attracted the demons to you to begin with when you got into the occult and used Snape's character to conjure them up!! This is what I'm trying to get through to you: be a fan, but get rid of the objects that the demons are attracted to. As long as you hold onto it, whether you still idolize it or not, you're going to be continually attacked demonically.

Let me define idolize for you. I mean in the sense, that by you refusing to get rid of all this stuff, you are still putting it's worth ahead of God's. You may not be using it anymore for occultic purposes, but that does'nt matter to the demons. As long as it remains more important to you than God, you wont stop experiencing negative things, and you wont further yourself on your journey with God either. We are only trying to help you, sweetie. :) I wish you would let us.

they report sightings of bigfoot and aliens too. it doesnt make them real. and you cant take the words of mentally disturbed teenagers as fact.

you can google the origin of slenderman and learn he was only created as a fictional character of some internet forum poster.

How about if I BURY my Harry Potter stuff in a box and then I bury that box somewhere in the nature? I feel so bad destroying them... It's so heartbreaking to destroy memories... It's like killing a cat... :/

troubledgirl, YES!! that is a wonderful idea!! :) Better to bury them than throw them out, actually. I know how it feels--I was reluctant to get rid of my stuff, but as the days pass, you really wont miss it all that much, especially if you dont dwell on it. God says, "in everything, give thanks." Give God the thank you for giving you this idea!!

I'm proud of you for being willing to do this, for you are now realizing that it's not only dangerous to keep around, but ALSO detrimental to your journey with God. THAT is more important than anything. My question is: why do you want to keep something that reminds you of your time in the occult and the demonic attacks you suffered? Once again, I'm glad you're doing this, and I'm very happy that you're finally listening to our advice. :)

I don't think it is wise to do that, cause unneeded grief upon you. And no you did not encounter a demon in the form of slenderman. Sometimes dreams are just dreams. There is not some special meaning behind them, the creatures or people we dream about are just creations out of our own mind, instead of interacting with demons in your dream, you were probably just encountering yourself.

Though I'm wondering if its really demons attacking her. After reading her many posts/threads and seeing apart of her personality and what she has seen, I get the feeling that there could be another explanation to what has been troubling her, beyond simply being attacked by the supernatural (though for some reason the whole "it was demons" is the 1st explanation that some people here would conclude without thinking of any other possible reason).

Troubled Girl, have you ever in the past been diagnosed with a mental disorder (or has anyone in your life mentioned that you could have one)?

troubled girl from reading your posts i believe you are under attack by satan. Its not uncommon for a christian to be under demonic attacks and considering you left the occult to follow God that probably made the enemy very mad and may be torturing you because he wants you back.

I deeply wish i could be there in person with you so I could help you more and protect you.

How about if I ask a pastor to exorcise the Harry Potter stuff? Because I will also be very jealous if I hear a Harry Potter fan having Harry Potter stuff. And when I am jealous, I get so angry that I even bully the person and stuff... Why would God want me to be jealous?

And yes, 90% of the demonic experiences were actually some hallucinations from my medicine named Zeldox, and only 10% are actual demons. And when I threw away all the occult stuff and occult related stuff except Potter stuff, I could only sense about 5% of demons. But am I really going to die soon because of Harry Potter being infected with demons and Satan will kill me through Harry Potter? Why can't I exorcise the Harry Potter stuff...

And is it true that I end up in Hell if I don't give up the media what I listen and watch? I listen to a lot of secular music especially Japanese music and dubstep and then I told that what movies and shows I watch... I really don't want to watch only Christian shows like Duck Dynasty or listen to only Christian music. I want to watch and listen other media too... Not just Christian.

I listen to a lot of secular music especially Japanese music and dubstep and then I told that what movies and shows I watch... I really don't want to watch only Christian shows like Duck Dynasty or listen to only Christian music. I want to watch and listen other media too... Not just Christian.

troubledgirl, God does NOT want you to be jealous. You're not the only Harry Potter fan who does'nt have the memorabilia anymore. My nephew used to be a big fan until he grew up and became an adult and got rid of it. The jealousy you feel comes from Satan, because he wants you to feel jealous. He wants you to keep it. You're not going to die soon, but the Harry Potter stuff IS "infected with demons", as you said. Pastor's don't usually exorcise things, usually it is people that get the exorcism. It's okay to watch tv and whatnot, but if you think something is too inappropriate to watch, then dont.
In all of your threads and posts, you mention watching all these tons of shows.


Ask yourself these questions:


1.) How many hours a day do you set aside to watch tv (including movies, videos, etc)?
2.) How many hours per day do you devote to praying and reading your bible?

3.) How many hours a day do you put aside to listen to music?
4.) How much time a day do you spend on the computer?

Right now, you are obsessing over what you should do with the Harry Potter stuff. It's been consuming ever since you joined this site and started your first thread on it!! It's probably been consuming you even before that. Do you have other activities you can do to take up your time, such as sports, or baby sitting, etc? The reason why you can still sense demons is because they are still attached to the HP stuff. You wont be rid of them unless you get rid of the HP items. As for feeling jealous, PRAY!! Beg God to take all these feelings of jealousy, and anger, and whatever, away from you so that you will feel better about getting rid of something that clearly still has a hold on you. Then maybe you will stop experiencing these negative emotions from the demons.

Will Satan kill you through Harry Potter? NO, but he WILL destroy your walk with God, because you are letting him do it right now by refusing to get rid of it once and for all!! There is only one path you can choose here. Either Satan's path, which leads to misery and pain, or Jesus' path, which leads to eternal life and everlasting happiness. I know which path I would choose. I'm hoping you make the right choice too.

Can I ask you that are you really hearing the Holy Spirit tell you that you have to tell this to me?

If the pastor can exorcise objects, is that enough? I heard of possessed dolls being exorcised.

And to the questions:

1) I don't watch TV but I watch the movies and shows from the computer. And I actually rarely watch the movies and shows, it's like only 1 time a week or 1 time in 2 weeks, but every month though, but not everyday or everyweek.
2) I pray when I feel like it, not everyday or everyweek, but often, and I read the Bible often but not everyday or everyweek, and I read it like normal, just to feed my spirit and soul and also to know what Jesus did, and the only things I can remember are the biggest things, as what Jesus did or said, and big events like the creation, Noah's Ark, escapes from bad things like from Egypt?, etc. but not small things like some random person getting a bread...
3)I listen to music everyday, but everybody listens to music everyday. I listen to it to match with the mood. If I feel like dancing, I listen to dancing music, if I feel sad and/or depressed, I listen to sad music, if I feel happy, I listen to happy music, if a song is played on my mind, I will listen to it again, and so on. But I swear that this is not about music idolatry. Music is not the most important to me.
4)Everyday on the computer and the whole day, but I do go outside everyday, and on the computer I read the Bible. And sometimes I listen to Christian music too.
