I love crock pots, they make everything tender, I have fresh herb garden so throwing some rosemary, oregeno or sage (aromatics) in fills the house with scent, even the neigbors cme sniffing around asking what's for dinner :)

Sandwiches tonight were alright. I enjoyed the sliced tomato and the avocado more than anything else.

Just a few minutes ago I picked the carcass of last evening's roasted chicken and I will make a chicken and noodle casserole for tomorrow evening's meal. Paired with a lettuce salad, it ought to be okay.

We went to a potluck picnic tonight. I didn't have to cook. :) However I needed to use the chicken I've been meaning to cook for a couple of day's. So I put it in the crock post with stuffing green beans and gravy. We can have it tomorrow.

Title says it all. What are you making, taking out, or what-have-you, for supper tonight?

It's B-L-O-A-T sandwiches here at the Judge household. Not satisfied with a plain BLT, we have Bacon, Lettuce, Onion, Avacado, and Tomato on our sandwiches. On toasted whole wheat bread.

Num, num.
Supper starts with a Beef and Broccoli Marie Collender frozen dinner with a glass of skim milk, followed by a cup of Shredded Wheat. Later I have two cups of Cheerios, and after that, four pieces of toast with peanut butter. I do this seven days a week, with an occasional variation.

My casserole is prepared and ready to go in the oven about 60-90 minutes before sitting down to eat. Casserole is not one of my favorites, but they are easy to put together and they fill the empty spot in the belly.

Do do you have a crock pot? They're really great to use.

I like peaches and I like chili. I think I'd rather have them separately, though.

If you cook with those spicy little buggers, you're braver than I am.

Putting supper together tonight, I am far more enthusiastic about the vegetable side dish that I am the main entree. I don't know why I have such a taste for vegetables these past few months, but it's starting to worry me. Being this excited about fresh green beans has me concerned. Maybe I'm dying.

I've been having a craving for green vegetables, too.

Broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, artichoke.

I wonder if I'm turning into a weirdo. I'm starting to even want tomato on my hamburgers and sandwiches.

I think we might be making sandwiches toasted in the oven. I kind of have ice cream on my mind, so I may run out and get that while someone's making the sandwiches. :)

these foods that your body is naturally craving - it is your body naturally speaking and asking you
to feed it these life sustaining foods...listen to yourself and feed yourself with what your body
is beseeching in order to sustain and keep you healthy...some how it just naturally knows
that you need these foods, especially at this time, mayhaps you have neglected it for to long
and your very own self/body is trying to save you from much pain and agony...
