Spiders consume flies, and amazing webs do spin, sadly our furry purry is a spider killer!!! A mad five mins our furry purry has had running up and down.
Hurrah for furry purry! :p I know spiders are useful for reasons you named, however I dinna love spiders! Spiders can live elsewhere...never in my house. :)

I was once fanged by a massive house spider, I was in no way amused. :(
EEEK! Your words are fabric for a bad evening's sleep for me! I would never be amused by that either...how awful.

I could convey the sorry ...err...episode. lol I'm worried no cross bars would render episode
unreadable.
I know! Make a scary spider column! If you do you'll never be worried by said crossbar curb. :p (Oh, never mind lol).

I wonder how many know spiders can nip in UK :(
I have been fanged by spiders also, which normally leaves a couple of very visible marks surrounded by red lump on enlarged raised area... oh! such venomous lowlifes be enemy arachnids! I wonder, does Bible have any opinion on renowned villainy of spiders?

big ones can!

I shall covey episode,

I was preparing for work one day.
I placed on myself my jeans and sensed a prinkling on my upper leg.
I reached inside jeans and sensed a hard crinkling sellophane like errr....piece.
I pulled back hand and in my palm was a massive, huge, enourmous, wriggling spider!

Aaargh......double aargh....scream, ran around bedroom waving hand in air.
I dropped spider and jumped on bed, jeans fell around ankles.
On my upper leg was a midge like bump where spider had fagged me!

Whaaaagh, I was worried would my leg drop off, were uk house spiders venemous?
Half an hour passed and my leg was ok, however where was said spider. Somewhere in
my bedroom. I remained on bed peering over edge looking for spider.... never found. :(

Sounds horrific!!

Poor girl. Fanged while dressing.

I've heard similar episodes from various sources concerning the venomous crawlers.

I once had one of my pedal appendages fanged. Was horrendous. Nearly made me call A & E.

Leg swelled up like a balloon. Was swooning and dribbling. Agony.

Spiders, fangers, venemous crawlers, creepy crawlies, - dreadful in my view.

Some can numb via venom, and devour a human being! Who would Adam and Eve you, however I am in no way fibbing

I once had a ba'h (big vessel full of H2O) and mouse jumped in as well.

I shrieked and jumped up high H2O splashed everywhere. Poor mice nearly
drowned, I nearly had a cardiac!
Kudos on vessel full of H2O. lol

One morning, I came down and plopped in my chair. I heard an alarming "Squeeeak, Squeeak!"

I jumped up and... silence.

So, I gave 90 seconds for wee-one's escape, and plopped down again. "Sqeeeeeak! Squeeeak!"

I was horrified. Jumped up. Did dishes. Plopped again. No noise.

Whew! Relaxed. Played online. Cross legged. Uncrossed my legs and sensed warm being near my heel.

Cool being. Furry. Curled up. Dead. Squished by me.

I kill spiders. I know spiders are harmless, however I find spiders creepy. (Sadly lacking in pronouns...I canna imagine a pronoun sans crossbar! lol)
Spiders kill cockroaches. Spider is good. Cockroach is BAD!

(I feel like Buffy -- Vampire Killer when she regressed. Cavegirl Buffy good. Cavegirl Buffy bad. lol)
