Delta Force Blackhawk Down!

Great multiplayer memories there. At one point my buddies and I organized an online knife fight. Only ka-bar kills were considered legitimate.

I'm surprised how long we got it to last, to be honest. A lot of guys who wandered into the room were intrigued by the idea.
I think I was part of the knife fights! Haha. Username Amazon55 Amazon65 etc (As accounts froze when I hit number one position on the leaderboard).
There was another good game like Delta Force which one could ride in tanks, cars and helicopters (And parachute out!) Can't remember the name right now. Was a fun game! Was based on the idea of securing certain flag locations on the map.

Could very well have been!

Knowing my teenage self, I was probably "Knight4Christ" or something suuuuper cheesy like that.

That other game. Could it have been one of the Battlefields?

Yes. That's it. Was fun hiding in rooms waiting for somebody to arrive! Mind you, the number of times I've been a passenger in a helicopter falling to the ground after the pilot has jumped out! Was thinking "Why are we going so fast towards the ground?"

FNV was the best.

It may not have been the biggest first-person Fallout game, but the level design and awesome writing made the world feel large and each action more weighty. The perfect balance.

It was a real work of art. I wish Obsidian would get the band back together for another one.

It's tied for second on my list of favorites. Neck and neck with The Witcher 3.

You know there ARE games where you don't do that yes?
I actually dont play many games that involve killing people. In fact, one of my very favorite video game franchises (Rune Factory), anytime you beat a monster they dont even die, they return to the "first forest" : p

And yeah I enjoy videogames a bunch. I dont play them as much as I used to, but thats mostly due to being a working adult whos too tired to play a game when I get home, haha.

And I pretty much only play older games, like my most modern console is a Wii. I often think about getting a Switch when I have the money, though. But dunno yet.

I like alot of different games, but the games I like are usually story/character driven. I like alot of JRPGs, and like mystery dungeon games, Im big into farming sim games like Harvest Moon and Rune Factory. I really enjoy arcade-y multiplayer games, like side scrolling beat em up stuff, but I currently dont have anyone to play them with : p

The last game I was really into was replaying Skies of Arcadia for Dreamcast. I got near the end, but havent finished it yet : p I picked up a Diablo clone for original Playstation called Dark Stone, and played it for a few hours. I really enjoyed it, and hope to get back into it soon.

cool

Adison and me tried most of yesterday evening to get my D1 to play via battle.net , but nooooooo, my laptop doesn't seem to like that idea. (Nor will it let me run AoE) ... I wonder if anyone I know has a computer with Win95 stashed away somewhere.

You can also play it on N64. I hear its pretty dialed down, though : p

My little brother and I spent days playing that game, until a friend of his stole it. We were really sad when that happened : p I dont think we ever bonded over a game as much as star craft.

I liked the zerg and he liked the protoss, which gave him a pretty big advantage. But it made it more fun when I actually beat him anyway : p

yea i always preferred to use zerg too because of how quickly they spawn, often times you could just overwhelm opponents with only a swarm of zerglings with just a +1 on carapace. As for going up against protross the best strategy i found was always just to rush them and inconvenience them as much as possible, because letting them build any type of map presence is always bad news.

Ahhh StarCraft.

Back in the day I really liked the Star Trek Armadas.
