Hi Everyone! :)

I am a christian male in his mid 20s and I live in the middle of Europe.

I grew up in a loving family.

My parents raised me and my brothers in the fear of the Lord and each member eventually became truly born-again.

However, way before that, I quickly came to realize that not everyone around shares the love of God as we do.

In fact, I saw many that called themselves unbelievers and later I learned „Atheists“.

This was many, many years ago and things have worsened since by far.

I talk with multiple people on a daily basis at the place where I work and in the process of the services we offer, I often get to know them a little bit better.

The absolute vast majority of all the people who tell me about their personal life and believes are either atheistic or agnostic.

Those, who I was able to carefully identify as christians, never seem to talk about their faith.

But to be fair, I rarely do so too when I am in public.

It should not be excused, although I gotta say that I am being put under test. (can’t compare with 3rd world country christians)

That’s because some get offended and most just want to be left alone when I try to share Jesus with them.

They will even tell you that in the face without blinking.

I personally dislike it, but I respect them for being straight-up lol.

But that’s the actual condition of the masses here in regards to the christian faith or religion in general.

Days have the capacity to become so, so frustrating.

Despite all of that, I still love my country because, objectively speaking, it’s a true diamond of Europe. ;)

Coming in with the fact that a good number of these so called „christians“ here practice sin and have not been renewed by the Spirit yet.

After I became born-again, God told me to wait for the right woman to enter my life. Many years passed away but she never came, even up to this day.

Those few who appeared to be christian women turned out to be fornicators (lukewarm) after getting to know them a bit better.

Most of the few, true christian women around my age in my area are already married and I visited a good amount of churches to fact check that.

It’s a pain in the heart, honestly.

I even attended christian fellowship meet-ups. I saw a few single Ladies there.

For them, the Bible is nothing more than a „good guidance“ through life.

At those meetings, I heard stuff like „There are many ways to God“ and so on. Instant red flag😅.

My family and I visited the United States of America once for a couple of weeks in 2017.

We spent a good amount of time in the Bible Belt so you can probably tell that I was completely flashed by the whole christian environment and lifestyle.

Even if I wouldn’t move there for a lifetime, I absolutely fell in love with the US.

I am also aware that the US has seen a huge shift away from God as the foundation of their nation in most recent years, but I still feel like many of the American people in most of the states are devoted christians who fear God and keep His good commandments.

Things are not looking good over here so I actually plan to go to the US once the time is right and take a deep dive into their christian communities, haven’t planned much further ahead, lets see haha.

Pretty much everything we saw and also most of the American people we’ve met were absolutely lovely and good to talk to which makes me frustrated when I compare them to the citizens of my own country.

Thank each and every single one of you who took their time reading these many words.

I kindly request your prayers for me and my country :)

This is a glimpse into my life in the middle of Europe.

Welcome to CC Dr3amer, We are glad you are here. Your post is fascinating....and frightening! I have been told many times that what happens in Europe is a foretaste of what will eventually happen in the US. That appears to be true, at least in the denominational churches.

There are still many members to Christ's eternal church here who try to live out their lives according to his will. I pray that is true in Europe too. We have been told that no matter what happens a remnant will remain faithful. Therein lays our hope.

Avoid them like I do..:)
"What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?..Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord, I will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters" (2 Cor 6:14-18)

Hello there @Dr3amer- .

I am also from Europe and i think your "problem" is that you're too young. When you become a boomer like me you will know that what you're describing exists in all of the world. Also in the middle of the worst environments you will find the most uplifting and edifying moments that this existence has to offer.

I wish you a great journey with Jesus in your heart.

Agnostic is not a disbelief in GOD, it is a belief of if GOD is Real SHOW me, PROVE IT.

Atheist believe that the HUman is the Most powerful thing in the Universe, very deceived.

Hi and welcome to the fellowship here at CC!!! Sounds like God led you here for a good place to stay connected with other believers. Living amongst all the diverse groups there I imagine your challenge is to still portray the love of God w/o pushing it on anyone. Do you get the tv network there TBN, it's up to date Christian happenings. You know all things are possible W/God so I would quote Mark 11:23-24, asking God for your desires and believe, it says. God bless keep and guide you and your family🙏!

Your life sounds facinating, I would love to hear more. I'm Czech and would love to visit someday.
Just a note, anyone that says they are an atheist, I always want to challenge them to ask God to
"make Himself real to them". I've heard some awesome God life changing encounter from people
who have said that.

I realize you have been banned, but still, this needs addressing, since an agnostic is a person
who believes that nothing is known or can be known of the existence or nature of God or of
anything beyond material phenomena... and that means they reject anyone's knowledge of God.

No what I mean is, you ask God to show you He is real.
I know He is real without a doubt.
Agnostic; that's a dangerous place to be. Try reading the Bible and ask God to show Himself to you.
Either the Atheist or the Agnostic could do it.
Us humans, I can't show you God is real, only God can do that.

I say to tell people that are Either the Atheist or the Agnostic to ask God to reveal Himself to them because
we are close to the end times and it's not God's will that any should perish.

It's a good theological debate which I would probably enjoy with an Agnostic.
It's such a strange concept that someone could think that way since I've walked
so long with our Lord Jesus.

I love your art by the way. DO you do it?
God Bless!

Hello Sara! I just saw this post of yours now, many months after you made it. I may have seen it sooner if you had quoted me or put the @ symbol before my name, because either of those would have given me an alert, though that in itself is no guarantee I would have seen it sooner, because I do not always get around to checking every alert. Any ways, my Scripture panels are collages designed with what is called ephemera: individual bits and pieces offered on multiple sites for use in personal projects with the caveat of no financial gain (which I am fine with). They can be anything from borders, frames, and backgrounds, to individual items like butterflies, flowers, special effects, etc, and all manner of things, really- including lots of different faces and various human parts like eyes (because I almost always change the eyes on any face I start out with)... anything I think I can make use of. I work in photoshop, layering the elements together, after positioning, sizing, colour correcting, and making other edits/adjustments to each piece the bring it into harmony with the overall panel, changes including contrast, saturation, hue, lightness, exposure (those two sound the same but are different) and opacity... It is all very experimental; I have been doing this since 2018 . :)

Thank You! God Bless You
:)
