Morning glory :D

I have only had a few hours of sleep and i woke up and felt god wanted me to get up. I feel the urge to read his word and worship him, I drank my coffee asking god to bless it so i can be awake and happy in him. This prayer request is this- I would really appreciate if someone could pray for me to understand what god is trying to say to me today in his word and that i may bring him glory all day today. I am not sure how to bring him glory though:/ I want to believe that me reading his word, listening and singing Christian songs, Praying a lot and helping people here and giving them encouragement will bring him glory and make him very happy. But i honestly do not know, But I want to try anyways so..... wish me luck and have a great day in the lord

Father in heaven, we lift up to you our brotha Blain. We pray that you fulfill the desires of his heart. Reveal unto him what you are trying to say. Give this man wisdom so he may understand what you would like to tell him. We pray that his desire to encourage the people here will bring glory to you alone. Bless this brother in all forms. Bless him spiritually and bless him in all aspects of life. This is my prayer in Jesus name . Amen

Thank you so much! As I was reading psalms a few minutes ago a sort of happy peace came over me, I am even more willing to bring my god glory and I dedicate this day to him. the lord cares about his people in him blessing one of his children he blesses all who asked to bless their brother and sister. I thank god for everyone here who is kind and encouraging to others. As i keep praying and reading i will hope to create great joy in the lord and I pray he will shower anyone who does what is right and good with peace and joy

Glory to the risen King!

I do not want to spam this thread but everyone's prayers are really amazing, i am so thankful and happy and i love how god is working in in me and all who follow his path he created. I have constently been praying and reading this morning, I don't quite understand how but i can feel god working inside me it is almost like my mind is in sync with his prayer truly is powerful isn't it? The thing that worried me this morning was that My sleepyness would be to strong and i would go to sleep which i really didn't want to do because i just wanted this day to be all for god. But god is strong he always answers the calls of his children the sleepyness is putting up a fight but our prayers and god are stronger the sleepyness is losing, and all i can do is thank god and praise him

That video is how i feel today, i decided earlier today I was going to dedicate today to the lord, that i was going to give today my all for him. i want to go to sleep tonight knowing I followed everything god has taught me and living the whole day for him. That he will be pleased and proud of my efforts for him today. I noticed today the more i rely on him to keep me wake and happy in doing my best for him I realized this is what god has been asking of me. every single prayer today has been not only answered but makes me want to serve him more. who knew how fulfilling it is to do your very best in following, worshiping, praying reading and obeying god could be?

Hmm, if each prayer has been answered so far, how about if you pray that He will send someone for you to tell about how Jesus rescued them on the cross from eternal judgement ? That sure makes me want to sing =D! I just prayed that myself, that it may be that way for both of us today .

I was listening to my radio and they were talking about how god isn't impressed by works but the intentions of the heart, a thought came to my head saying I am doing this by works to impress god. Honestly my mind is kind of fuzzy so can't really tell but i do know this- wiether i am doing this by works or not i will continue to do it. wiether the lord showers me with blessings or not i will continue to give him my all. I think i am doing this because i love him and i just want to please him but that single thought floats in my head. I am ignoring it and I keep going otherwise all the encouragement and prayers everyone gave me would go to waste and I would not have the joy in living for god in full. Also today i am able to tell what god says to me, he speaks to me through the radio and i some how know that it is him talking to me. i read psalms and it is like he is speaking directly to me. this is completly new to me and i wonder if maybe because i choose to give him my all i am more in tune with him?

Yes, when you give him your all, you definitely get more in tune with God. Just as he says, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." - Jeremiah 29:13. And when you seek God with a good motivation, in your case to please God and just because you love him, he is pleased with that! When people do "works" only trying to get something from God or something of that nature, those works aren't what God desires. So keep on as you are doing and may God continue to speak to you and may you continue to build a stronger relationship with him! =)

I really cannot thank all of you enough, the lord blessed me with people like you and joy in him but the greatest blessing he gave me today was the desire to do my very best for him he continues to speak to me in psalms what he say fits into today perfectly Telling me how if i live for him he will answer what my heart desires. How anyone who loves and takes joy in the lord will always be protected in hard times. And how if the lord is pleased with how a man is living if the man stumbles he will not fall. I didn't listen to what god said to do earlier I stumbled but he didn't loosen his grip on me and i still had a great desire to live my best for him.

Maby God Our Father simply wants you to be joyful in Him.
For as we come to know His great love and presance in our life, rejoicing is the fruit!
Ill be praying for you and all asked in Jesus Christ is Lord come in the flesh!

It's a brand new day I had such a wonderful day yesterday serving god to the best of my abilities and I realized that i finally trust him. I realized that this is how i want to live out all my days i can turn a horrible day into a good one by just doing my best for him. i know i do this out of love because today i do not feel god in my heart at all but i will still give it everything i've got. yesterday i noticed i can read god's promises and i can actually understand it like something opened my eyes And it is so refreshing to see the encouragement everyone gives and i learned a lot from all of your posts. I am grateful for every single one and i only wish there was a way to repay all of you for it it means more to me than you will ever know
