Bluntly put, I'm a porn addict, which has caused me to be the way I am today... why I can't make friends, or feel like my prayers go unheard... that's all it's all been about. Fourth grade was a particularly bad year for me. I could be wrong, but I think she was eventually fired for emotional abuse or something. In my experience, I started acting out inappropriately towards others as a way to vent or something.... point there is that I always in trouble for sexual harassment. Just inappropriate gestures really. Although i did play doctor with a friend of mine. Seventh grade was when I got into porn, and it basically ruined the entirety of my adolescent life.

I've seen a couple videos on youtube that kinda opened my eyes to some facts about it as well as the christian context of it as well. it was very illuminating. Truth is, I've always known I was a porn addict, but never really bothered to question it until now. One thing I know, is that it is stunting my spiritual life, and I've read... and believe, that it is impossible to break free from it without help. Unfortunately, me and my family have no where near enough money for a counselor/therapist. If you could, could you start one of thopse prayer chains or whatever they're called?

That you are here shows that God is working on you. Prayer chains are beautiful and you are in the right place to start one. I would be honored to pray for you. And you are not alone in this addiction. I hear of so so many men and women that struggle with it. I'm glad the Lord is bringing this to your attention and pressing on your heart to repent this sin. What you want to say is I rebuke this porn addiction in the name of Jesus and then say Jesus I lay this porn addiction at your feet, please free me from it. I'd say that every single day until you are free from it. Believe baby, believe. The Lord will deliver you from it. Know one thing ok....its not going to be easy.....you probably will fail more then once in your attempt to give it up but buddy don't stop reaching for the Lord and repent it every single time you do it. Do NOT let shame pull you away from Gods path for your life. Its ok to fail, that is how we learn and eventually overcome stuff. Good luck and just give it to the Lord and let him take this away from you. God Bless
