I ignore all advertising

I guess its like when adverts try to direct market to you and txt you stuff. You think hold on I didnt ask for this. How did they get my number? And then they say Reply STOP to opt out. Even though it will cost you to respond, and theres no guarantee they will actually stop.

Its also a bit like getting real estate notices asking you if you want to sell your house even though your letterbox is clearly marked NO JUNK MAIL

So I would say, in that respect, its pretty annoying.

Can't ignore me. When you're falling from your plane, you'll trade anything for me to save you, including a medal.

I see that Red X bother a lot of people here.
Why do Red exes bother you?
It’s kind of like them saying I don’t care what your post says I don’t like It and before even reading I‘m going to red x It.
I understand how they feel about that and would rather not let them annoy me and block them from not only responding to my post but also block them from even leaving an emoji on my post which I know will be a negative emoji and I don’t want to be tempted to respond to someone I have already put on Ignore which would start the negative back and forth all over again.

Why be offended by a red X. I thought it only means you disagree with the post.
Does not bother me at all.
What If you have someone on Ignore and they keep leaving annoying negative emojis on your post and they know that you are not responding to them but they know that even though you are not responding to them you can still see the negative emoji that they left on your post which In my opinion opens a door for them to goad you Into saying something that they can report you for.

The emoji options are likely baked into the foundational software the site is built on, and therefore the only options provided.
The software the site is built on is not very customizable.
Personally I'm not any more phased by the red x than any other negative emoji. It's just an emoji. I think if you're That bothered by something so insignificant the problem isn't a red cartoon X, but lies elsewhere.
Maybe you’re right but tell me,what IYO Is the Ignore button for If they can still Interact with your post?

It's for you to ignore them. Not for you to affect their interaction with the site. So when they do something, you ignore it. It's in the name.

In that case they may as well not have the Ignore button and when someone wants to Ignore someone they just pretend that they don’t see them even If they DO see them.🫣🤦‍♂️

I use it. No problems with it or how it functions.

Why do you use It? just decide not to look at any post that you want to Ignore.
To ignore people whose posts I don't want to see? The purpose of it?
I got a thumbs down for using it? Seriously. 🙄
If you don't use it why are you complaining about how it works?

If you are not reading my post before I made this one then I can't take you serious.

There are many denominations with different beliefs, and even in a denomination there may be a different belief although they basically stick to the major points.

So there is different beliefs, and interpretations of scripture where they conflict with each other and then people want to be upset over a red X when they know not everyone will agree with each other.

It is only a disagree button which they know not everyone will agree with them so why be upset.

If you do not get a red X you know some people disagree with you but you do not like when they give a red X because you look at them for being mean for giving it, or it upsets you for you hate people disagreeing with you for it hurts your ego, or you want to be accepted.

Which I believe some people's motivation when giving a red X is to be mean like ha ha I do not agree with you.

Husbands and wives, men and women, parents and children, teachers and students, politicians, and in general all around rooten tooten disagreeing, and people are going to be upset about a red X when they know how the world operates.

I have never given a red X, or a zzz button, or a thumb's down, but I believe some people give it in arrogance, and to be mean especially the zzz button.

The emoji that I find strange is the zzz button when you are discussing God's word as if it is boring, but some people will give them whether they agree or disagree and if they agree they are saying I heard that enough but it is the word of God so why give the zzz button, and if they disagree they are saying they heard it enough and are disappointed because they do not belief it is correct all the while people are discussing the word of God but they give a zzz button wanting to hinder them from doing that.

I do not care if people give me a red X, or the zzz button, or give me a thumb's down.

I do not care if they give me a thumb's up, an agree button, or an informational button.

So I am sure many people have me on ignore, or ignore me, but I do not care.
