Since the LORD did not give us his Word not to condemn us, then it is no sweat off his back parts if we don't do the things he says.
The LORD didn't tell Adam not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil because it would kill him, And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Gen 2:9 In fact, it is written, "And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:" Gen 2:16
The LORD said not to eat from the tree of knowledge because the fruit is the law that his days in the flesh are 120 years. And as written in Genesis 2:17, ".... for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die." So if man was condemned to death then feel free to explain why it is written in Gen 3:22, "...and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:" As written in Genesis 6:3, the LORD did not give his Word to condemn us.
