Sorry about the last reply, school and life distracted me. Anyways...
God is a different, if God didn't allow evil guess what would happen to you? Me? And everyone else? All judged, and in hell right here and right now. God is in his own category. He allows it, for now, because he loves you, me and everyone else, his patient with us. But there will be a time when he will deal with evil once and for all. And it'll be either heaven or hell.
However us? We allow evil because we are evil. Because, when we lie we think of ourselves, when we do evil, its completely for evil. God doesn't do evil but he sits there and forgives it for our own good, again if he were to judge, we'd all be doomed. He gives us time to choose Jesus Christ to get saved.
I was wrong in saying what I said, when considering God into that question. I was only thinking of human beings. So what I aimed in my question really was of committing some evil, half of some, mostly? It's evil to commit evil.
Have you committed evil?
Yes, then that would make you evil.
If so then clearly you are evil, it's a tough pill to swallow but it's true.
