Question :
Who is the only "dark-skinned" mentioned in the Bible ?
Heh I'd argue many were mentioned as dark-skinned. I am guessing here you are meaning Solomon's unnamed wife in the 1st chapter of Song of Solomon.
Song of Solomon
1 The song of songs, which is Solomon's.
[SUP]2 [/SUP]Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.
[SUP]4 [/SUP]Draw me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy love more than wine: the upright love thee.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.
Also Zipporah wife of Moses and all of the race of Cush (called Aethiopians or Ethipioans by the Greeks). Though this is more of an inference.
Numbers 12:1-10
12 And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.
[SUP]2 [/SUP]And they said, Hath the Lord indeed spoken only by Moses? hath he not spoken also by us? And the Lord heard it.
[SUP]3 [/SUP](Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)
[SUP]4 [/SUP]And the Lord spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]And the Lord came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the Lord will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.
[SUP]7 [/SUP]My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the Lord shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?
[SUP]9 [/SUP]And the anger of the Lord was kindled against them; and he departed.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous.
Jeremiah 13:23
[SUP]23 [/SUP]Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil.
Quite a bit of skin color variation amongst the races in the Bible and ancient history, for race is not skin color. So not too sure who you were meaning, but interested in what you planned on the answer to be.
