I was on a train the other day and a very large overweight man sat next to me and although I'm small there wasn't enough room to move. As he read his paper he kept nudging me. I felt very bad towards him as I was cross that he was making me uncomfortable and I started feeling that he was a bad person because he was fat. Then I thought that's not very nice and I should have kinder thoughts. Then he started eating crisps.
I started thinking that if people abuse the body that God gave them by not exercising and eating too much of the wrong things there is something bad about them. I know its not my place to judge and there are worse things but there are more and more gross obese people because laziness and greed are becoming more normal. I find myself not liking people if they are fat.
I dont mean to be judgemental but I feel that way before I realise.
Anyway I do think that exercise is Godly and eating lots of cakes is gluttony, and if there's not enough room on a seat in a train because you are too fat then you should stand, it will do you good.
