"The Messianic age is when the Jews will regain their independence and all return to the land of Israel. His great righteousness and the wonders that he will bring about will cause all peoples to make peace with him and all lands to serve him.... Nothing will change in the Messianic age, however, except that Jews will regain their independence. Rich and poor, strong and weak, will still exist. However it will be very easy for people to make a living, and with very little effort they will be able to accomplish very much.... it will be a time when the number of wise men will increase...war shall not exist, and nation shall no longer lift up sword against nation.... The Messianic age will be highlighted by a community of the righteous and dominated by goodness and wisdom. It will be ruled by the Messiah, a righteous and honest king, outstanding in wisdom, and close to God. Do not think that the ways of the world or the laws of nature will change, this is not true. The world will continue as it is. The prophet Isaiah predicted "The wolf shall live with the sheep, the leopard shall lie down with the kid." This, however, is merely allegory, meaning that the Jews will live safely, even with the formerly wicked nations. All nations will return to the true religion [monotheism, although not necessarily Judaism] and will no longer steal or oppress. Note that all prophecies regarding the Messiah are allegorical - Only in the Messianic age will we know the meaning of each allegory and what it comes to teach us. Our sages and prophets did not long for the Messianic age in order that they might rule the world and dominate the gentiles....the only thing they wanted was to be free for Jews to involve themselves with the Torah and its wisdom."

James 2:10
For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one [point], he is guilty of all.

Galatians 5:3
For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.

Galatians 5:6
For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

"The Jewish legends in regard to Jesus are found in three sources, each independent of the others—(1) in New Testament apocrypha and Christian polemical works, (2) in the Talmud and the Midrash, and (3) in the life of Jesus ("Toledot Yeshu'") that originated in the Middle Ages. It is the tendency of all these sources to be-little the person of Jesus by ascribing to him illegitimate birth, magic, and a shameful death. In view of their general character they are called indiscriminately legends."

"It is certain, in any case, that the rabbinical sources also regard Jesus as the "son of Pandera", although it is noteworthy that he is called also "Ben Sṭada" (Shab. 104b; Sanh. 67a)."

"According to Celsus (in Origen, "Contra Celsum," i. 28) and to the Talmud(Shab. 104b), Jesus learned magic in Egypt and performed his miracles by means of it;"

"Different in nature is the witchcraft attributed to Jesus in the "Toledot."

"A passage of the Talmud (Sanh. 43a) ascribes five disciples to Jesus: "Matthai" (Matthew), "Nakai" (Luke), "Nezer" (Nazarene, a general designation for Christian in antiquity), "Boni" (probably the Nicodemus mentioned by John), and "Thoda" (Thaddæus). The following are mentioned in the "Toledot" (Huldricus, p. 35): "Simeon" (Peter), "Matthia" (Matthew), "Elikum" (Luke), "Mordecai" (Mark), "Thoda" (Thaddæus), and "Johannos" (John)—that is, the four evangelists plus Peter and Thaddæus. Paul is mentioned in another connection, and (p. 48) Judas "the betrayer": it is to be noted that the last-named does not occur at all in Talmudic legends."

"some medieval apologists for Judaism, as Naḥmanides and Salman Ẓebi, based on this fact their assertion that the "Yeshu'" mentioned in the Talmud was not identical with Jesus; this, however, is merely a subterfuge."

"Jesus performed all his miracles by means of magic"

Mishneh Torah » Sefer Madda » Avodah Kochavim » Chapter Nine

Halacha 4

The Canaanites are idol worshipers, and Sunday is their festival. Accordingly, in Eretz Yisrael, it is forbidden to conduct transactions with them on Thursday and Friday each and every week, and, needless to say, on Sunday itself, when transactions with them are forbidden everywhere.

Mishneh Torah » Sefer Kedushah » MaAchalot Assurot » Chapter 11

With regard to any gentile who does not serve false deities, e.g., the Arabs: It is forbidden to drink his wine, but it is permitted to benefit from it. The Geonim rule in this manner. With regard to those who worship false deities, by contrast, it is forbidden to benefit from their ordinary wine

FOOTNOTE: [Our translation follows the standard version of the Mishneh Torah. The uncensored text reads: "Christians, by contrast, are idolaters. It is forbidden to benefit...." The Rama (Orach Chayim 155:1) rules that Christianity violates only the prohibition against ****uf, worshipping another entity together with God, and gentiles are not prohibited against such worship. It must be emphasized that today, though many gentiles are nominally Christian, their observance is minimal and they have an awareness of monotheism.

See also the statements of the Rama (Yoreh De'ah 123:1, 124:24) who quotes opinions that maintain that in the present age, it is not customary for gentiles to pour wine as libations to false deities. Nevertheless, the prohibition against drinking such wine, however, remains intact.]

Mishneh Torah » Sefer Shofetim » Melachim uMilchamot » Chapter 8

By the same regard, Moses was commanded by the Almighty to compel all the inhabitants of the world to accept the commandments given to Noah's descendants.

If one does not accept these commands, he should be executed. A person who formally accepts these commands is called a resident alien. This applies in any place. This acceptance must be made in the presence of three Torah scholars.

Why involve non-Jews in this discussion?
The Temple was meant to serve the whole world, not just Jews. Therefore, the destruction of the Temple was a great loss for all, as recounted in the Talmud. Sharing in common discussion of the dream for a rebuilt Temple in some small way can fill the gap of that loss for the entire world, and can help all the world's peoples, Jews and non-Jews, turn our hearts toward the time in which God will again be triumphant on earth and all the world will worship the One God together.

What is the belief in Mashiach?

One of the principles of Jewish faith enumerated by Maimonides is that one day there will arise a dynamic Jewish leader, a direct descendant of the Davidic dynasty, who will rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem and gather Jews from all over the world and bring them back to the Land of Israel.

All the nations of the world will recognise Mashiach to be a world leader and will accept his dominion. In the messianic era there will be world peace, no more wars nor famine and, in general, a high standard of living.

All mankind will worship one G–d and live a more spiritual and moral way of life. The Jewish nation will be preoccupied with learning Torah and fathoming its secrets.

The coming of Mashiach will complete G–d’s purpose in creation: for man to make an abode for G–d in the lower worlds; to reveal the inherent spirituality in the material world.

Could Mashiach come at any time in any generation?

Yes. In every generation there is a person who potentially could be the Mashiach. When G–d decides the time has arrived, He will bestow upon that individual the necessary powers for him to precipitate that redemption.

Any potential Mashiach must be a direct descendant of King David as well as erudite in Torah learning. It should be noted that many people living today can trace their lineage back to King David. The Chief Rabbi of Prague in the 16th Century, Rabbi Yehuda Loew (the Maharal), had a family tree that traced him back to the Davidic dynasty. Consequently, any direct descendant of the Maharal is of Davidic descent.

Maimonides, a great Jewish philosopher and codifier of the 12th Century, rules that if we recognise a human being who possesses the superlative qualities ascribed to Mashiach we may presume that he is the potential Mashiach. If this individual actually succeeds in rebuilding the Temple and gathering in the exiles then he is the Mashiach.

What exactly will happen when Mashiach comes?

Maimonides states in his Mishnah Torah – a compendium of the entire halachic tradition – that Mashiach will first rebuild the Temple and then gather in the exiles. Jerusalem and the Temple will be the focus of Divine worship and “From Zion shall go forth Torah, and the word of the L–rd from Jerusalem.”

The Sanhedrin – a supreme Jewish law court of 71 sages – will be established and will decide on all matters of law.

At this time all Jews will return to full Torah observance and practice. It should be noted that in this present age of great assimilation and emancipation an unprecedented return of Jews to true Torah values has taken place. This “Baal Teshuvah” phenomenon is on the increase and paves the way for a full return in the messianic era.

- Maimonides (Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon), in his commentary to tractate Sanhedrin, of the Babylonian Talmud.

The central place in the eschatological system is, as a matter of course, occupied by the advent of the messiah. Nevertheless the days of the Messiah ("yemot ha-Mashiaḥ"), the time when the prophetic predictions regarding the reign of the descendant of David find their fulfilment, do not form the end of the world's history, but are merely the necessary preparatory stage to the kingdom of God ("malkut shamayim"), which, when once established, will last forever (Dan. vii. 27; Sibyllines, iii. 47 et seq., 767 et seq.; Mek., Beshallaḥ, 'Amaleḳ, end). The Messiah is merely "the chosen one" (Enoch, xlv. 3, xlix. 2, li. 3 et seq.); he causes the people to seek the Lord (Hosea iii. 5; Isa. xi. 9; Zech. xii. 8; Ezek. xxxiv. 24, xxxvii. 24 et seq.), and, as "the Son of God," causes the nations to worship Him (Enoch, cv. 2; II Esd. viii. 28 et seq., xiii. 32-52, xiv. 9, after Ps. ii. 7, lxxxix. 27 et seq.).

Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira suspected of incitement against non-Jews

Yitzhar rabbi arrested on suspicion of incitement to violence against non-Jews after his book, 'Torat Hamelech' says, 'There's no prohibition against killing gentile who violated Laws of Noah'Eli Senyor Published: 07.26.10, 09:41 / Israel News

Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira of Yitzhar was arrested on Monday on suspicion of incitement to violence against non-Jews. Shapira was probed following the publication of his book "Torat Hamelech" (The King's Torah) which addresses questions related to harming non-Jews.

He was arrested at the end of a joint Israel Police and Judea and Samaria District Police investigation, and under the orders of Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein.

Shapira wrote in his book, "When we encounter a gentile who has violated the Seven Laws of Noah and kill him out of concern for upholding the seven mitzvoth, no prohibition has been violated."

According to the rabbi, "Anywhere where the presence of a gentile poses a threat to Israel, it is permissible to kill him, even if it is a righteous gentile who is not responsible for the threatening situation."

Police raided the rabbi's home Monday morning and arrested him. They confiscated several items from his home and transferred the rabbi to the offices of the national crime investigations unit in Lod, where he was questioned under warning.

Last year 11 organizations filed a petition against the rabbi and Rabbi Yosef Yirmiyahu Elitzur claiming the book was a stage for unruly racial incitement, and was drenched in racist messages that discriminate between people based solely on race and nationality. The petitioners include the 12Heshvan organization, Ne'emanei Torah V'Avodah, Realistic Religious Zionism, Kolech, the religions women's form, and more.

The Hasidic Gentile Movement

The following assortment of articles and essays provide information on some aspects of the proper means by which to bring about the Hasidic Gentile movement, based on the explanations and directives of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, head of the Chabad Lubavitch Hasidic movement.

The Law is Only a Minimum

In contrast to the wicked Christian doctrine that the Law is too difficult to follow and that everyone falls short of the Law, the Bible (Hebrew Scriptures) clearly teaches that G-d's Law is the absolute minimum that He expects everyone to follow. The Law is merely the foundation for our spiritual service to G-d; we start by obeying every detail of the Law--which is not too difficult--and then we can begin building our spiritual "house" in this world, helping to bring the revelation of G-d's kingdom into the physical world.

Sounds like these groups are paving the way for the false prophet to be accepted by them! Their messiah will be the false prophet. This is when they will think the 1000 years will start. This is how they are going to accept him...but I'm not sure as it's all so confusing. I think you have to be a theologian to understand all that information or an anthropologist or something like that..sounds complicated.

She quoted A few discrepancies - War shall not exist and nation shall no longer lift up sword against nation. Do not think that the ways of the world or the laws of nature will change but the world will continue as it is.

But hang on, nation will not go to war against nation, but the world or the laws of the world will not change...confusing. The way of the world is war and the law is hate, and greed..contradictory.

She quoted they say
The wolf shall live with the sheep, the leopard shall lie down with the kid but they say it is only an allegory...not really going to happen..just picture peace

but God says in Isaiah
Isaiah 65:25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock....This is a prophecy and prophecies reveal the future. Yes if the Lord says it's going to happen it means that it will..not an allegory. Not a mental picture of peace but a VISION of REALITY to come. A prohpesy!

But its true what they say, check out the NT apocrypha and the Christian Polemicalworks, the Tamuld and Midrash and in the Toledot Yeshu. WHAT! They reckon we gentiles should carry all these books around with us and check if its true? I've just got my holy bible. I'm in big trouble. The bible wasn't enough to find truth...or does she just mean check out their beliefs? Does she believe it herself? Is she saying they are wrong or they are right, or is she saying they are right and she is right, or she is right and they are wrong, and we are wrong? I'm not sure..So much confusion here. This is definately a language I dont understand. All I can see is that they are decieved and she hates us and says everyone else hates us and we should just go away because she has the truth from these books and groups. I haven't seen one person that hates us saying to her about that jewish stuff "thats great. very informative..give us more" I get it now...the bible was wrong, and these false prophets who dont claim to be prophets, who you continuously warn us about with such hatred are on drugs or something because they keep quoting scripture from THE HOLY BIBLE"

Zone, if you keep carrying on like this you are going to make yourself very sick. You need to go back to the Holy Bible and throw away all that other stuff. Go take a holiday or something. Relax..Dont get so worked up. Find a husband or something to take your mind off things for a while. Come back re-charged and do it in righteousness, then people will listen to you and you can spend your energy on feeding them instead of attacking. them.

maybe you need to rethink your list of what "we" believe.
any clue what's happening yet?

Do you actually follow this "doctrine"? You did not rebuke it or state whether you agree.
Speak truth so we may know. I wish to answer it, but first i need to know if this is what YOU believe?

Seven Laws of Noah

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Seven Laws of Noah (Hebrew: שבע מצוות בני נח‎ Sheva mitzvot B'nei Noach) form the major part of the Noachide Laws, or Noahide Code.[1] This code is a set of moral imperatives that, according to the Talmud, were given by God[2] as a binding set of laws for the "children of Noah" - that is, all of humankind.[3][4] According to Judaism, any non-Jew who lives according to these laws is regarded as a Righteous Gentile, and is assured of a place in the world to come (Olam Haba), the final reward of the righteous.[5][6] Adherents are often called "B'nei Noach" (Children of Noah) or "Noahides" and may often network in Jewish synagogues.

The seven laws listed by the Tosefta and the Talmud are[7][8]
  1. Prohibition of Idolatry
  2. Prohibition of Murder
  3. Prohibition of Theft
  4. Prohibition of Sexual immorality
  5. Prohibition of Blasphemy
  6. Prohibition of eating flesh taken from an animal while it is still alive
  7. Establishment of law courts
