But the way to salvation isn't through placating a bitter spirit!
God don't play that!
I'm being real.
I want him to be saved!
But he ain't coming in the sheep gate with that hateful spirit.
God IS serious.
I want this guy saved. So I am going to be truthful to him.
It's because I was so sinful and rebellious that I know where hes coming from.
As long as he has that detestable spirit none of you will do any good.
He has to be shaken.
Repentance come through tears.
He's not going to be broken as long as you mollify that root of bitterness.
He might get real nice, he might even start going to church, but as long as he holds that
hatred towards his maker he's as lost as hitler.
God did drastic things to save Paul, He appeared to his face.
Jacob had to wrestle (fight) all night with an angel.
This kind of bitterness has to be confronted with honesty.
I'm the only one being honest with him.
I'm the only one calling his attitude out.
What, do you think it's easy to serve God?
Do you think it's repeating a prayer?
Well it's not reciting some words that saves us.
Or being really, really nice that pulls sinners out of the fire of an angry God.
It is truth!
"This kind cometh not out but by prayer and fasting."
I'm not going to play footsy with a soul that's on it's way to hell.
I love him enough to be real with him.
Half-gone, you are in trouble now, because I'm praying for you.
