Judas was not an apostle he was the son of desturction. John 17:12 “While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me. I have guarded them, and not one of them has been lost except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.”
Judas might of been a disciple, bit he was not an apostle because Jesus knew who was going to betray Him and he was the son of destruction.
John 6:63-65 “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” (For Jesus knew from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him.)65 And he said, “This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father.”
John 13:10-11 “Jesus said to him, “The one who has bathed does not need to wash, except for his feet, but is completely clean. And you are clean, but not every one of you.”11 For he knew who was to betray him; that was why he said, “Not all of you are clean.”
John 18:1-3 “When Jesus had spoken these words, he went out with his disciples across the brook Kidron, where there was a garden, which he and his disciples entered.2 Now Judas, who betrayed him, also knew the place, for Jesus often met there with his disciples.3 So Judas, having procured a band of soldiers and some officers from the chief priests and the Pharisees, went there with lanterns and torches and weapons”
