Joh 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
Joh 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
Rom 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
Rom 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Rom 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Loving people is the fulfilling of the law.
1Jn 3:17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
Jas 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
Jas 2:15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
Jas 2:16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
Jas 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
1Ti 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
1Ti 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
1Ti 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
1Ti 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
1Ti 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
1Co 13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
Love is the fulfilling of the law,and without love we are nothing, and God's kingdom is based on love, and God loves people,so it is all about loving people, and only going by our needs, and helping people with their needs, which if we do not then Paul said,we err from the faith,James said, you do not have faith, and John said, the love of God does not dwell in you.
It cannot be denied that if we have a habit of spending money for our personal wants, and not only our needs, and the needs of others if possible, then we are in a bad position.
So are these works,or not works, for James calls them works, and pointed out helping the needy, which is what we do in the New Testament, loving people is the fulfilling of the law,and pointed out how faith was made perfect by the works Abraham, and others did,in the Old Testament.
Rev 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
Rev 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
Rev 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Rev 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.
Rev 3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
Rev 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
I say that because there are many people that claim they cannot lose salvation, but I have observed that they constantly spend money on themselves, and do not appear to help the poor,so I would like to know how they are right with God,when love of people is the fulfilling of the law,and how can they neglect people and be right with God.
Also Jesus said in both Churches that their works were not perfect, were not right, but I thought works do not not matter,so if they do not matter why is Jesus saying they are not right, and to repent of them wrong works, and do right works.
It cannot be denied if we spend money as a habit on our wants, and not our needs, and the needs of others if possible, then we have erred from the faith,we do not have faith, and the love of God does not dwell in us,but I see many people that claim they cannot lose salvation that are in the habit of spending money on their wants, and for personal use above their needs, and not helping the poor and needy, and I would like to know how are they right with God under that condition, when love is the fulfilling of the law.
Not everyone that says Lord is saved, and many are called, but few are chosen.
So why do a lot of people that believe that they cannot lose salvation believe they are chosen if they have a habit of spending money for personal use above their needs, their wants, and not caring about the poor, which giving a little here and there does not cut it if a person has more money than that, for we are only to go by our needs, and help people with their needs if we can.
I would like to know how they are right with God under that circumstance, which God said many would be in that condition at the end time, and I see a lot of people that believe they cannot lose salvation that go by their wants a lot,and do not help out that much.
So how are they right if love is the fulfilling of the law,and having food and clothing,be content, and if any one preaches the prosperity Gospel, withdraw yourself from them.
