Guess it depends on the season...next is deer season.
Given that there is not likely to be 2/3 of the Senate to convict of impeachment, what can anyone do about dictatorial Executive Decrees that undo legislation by Congress? The SCOTUS has been doing that for years by declaring "unconstitutional." I suppose that means that the SCOTUS might declare an Executive Order unconstitutional, but in what context could that arise? I suppose some ICE agent might arrest someone for deportation, then his superiors take action against him based on Exec Order, and then that go to court.
I suppose someone has to defy the Exec Order then have action taken against him for this to go to court.
