For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. – Romans 10:4

I mean, how obvious can you get? There's an apparently supernatural veil that's hindering people from seeing this.

On the contrary, YOU are elevating your works here.
No, that's just how YOU perceive it, probably because you are on the defensive about the necessity for true saving faith to be accompanied by works-Hebrews 6:9.

So, this god of yours offered you temporary relief or something? What's he, a pain reliever?

I am JUSTIFIED, right now, by faith apart from works. And so in that sense I am saved right now.

I will be saved from destruction when Jesus comes back when he sees the evidence of that faith, my spiritual works. Works of kindness, works of love, works of patience, and so on. No works means I will not be saved from God's wrath when Jesus returns because no works shows I am not justified apart from works by faith. Understand?

I know this is probably new teaching to you. It is to most Christians because the church is in a horrible state of apostasy right now. We ourselves are but a few years old. But the church has been around for almost 2000 years. History shows us it has changed a lot in that time. It has been puffed up with the leaven of bad teaching. It's been working it's way through the whole lump for quite a while now. We are living in the end times apostasy just before Christ returns. I understand it if you can't grasp that just yet. But it's really true.

I mean, how obvious can it get that he's talking about the end of the law as a way to be justified.

The end of the law is not that you don't have to do it anymore. The end of the law is, among other things, not thinking the law is how you make yourself righteous before God. Read it. Paul isn't saying you don't have to not commit adultery, or not be gay, or not steal anymore. He's saying obeying the law in order to be made right with God is what ended.

Ralph home schooling the kids:

Looks more like what the teachers who say you don't have to have works accompanying your salvation are doing to people in the church today. Jesus will not be there to catch you if you think that. Your lack of works showing you do not know Him in salvation.

So, how is it that your god requires you to have worked in order to save you from judgement?

If you don't have works it shows you don't have the justification you think you received when you say you first believed.

Did you know that's what the author of once saved always saved said? He said if you do not have works you were never saved to begin with. You probably did not know this, did you?

So which one is it, Ralph? Unless you mean, being right with God is different from being justified?

I will ignore this rather ignorant remark. You have no idea what I know. :p

Because the faith that saves is signified by what it does. We know Abraham believed God and was justified because he did something to demonstrate that belief. Had he not obeyed we would have no choice but to conclude that he did not really believe God's promise of an inheritance.

The presence of the faith that saves apart from works is made known by what that faith does. Paul, James, and John all said the faith that justifies is the faith that will then manifest (show) itself in the outward obedience to the commands of God. No obedience, no change of life, means no faith in God's promises.

you have never once posted a scripture that points to a born again Christian

someone God has started in

losing salvation

you use a bunch of your own words

out of context scriptures

and push a false doctrine

thing is when you lie
and twist what people believe on purpose so often

its obviously not to fool anyone

its just to get reactions....

this is fun for you?

No, that's the world's system of merit put in a more scriptural tone.

You work hard in this world to get the good things.

Your faith requires you to do good to get the good things as well.

Tell me, what makes you different from the world?

Because the faith that saves is signified by what it does.

Just so you know people. Offense is the biggest sign you are probably dealing with an unbeliever.

There is no right way to talk to an unbeliever about the things of God. They always hear them in a twisted offensive manner. Only when they're humble and ready to receive Christ does their hearing start clearing up. Been down this road enough times to know what I'm talking about. You people are tipping your hand and you don't even realize it.

what are you going on about?

are you accusing without even having an accusation ready?
im not accusing of anything. I completed the scripture Decon ignored and posted why Jesus rejected them. He said He rejected them for practicing disobedience to God. They had a religion, they taught in Christ’s name, they gave Jesus the credit for everything they did and Jesus still rejected them because He said they ignored God’s instruction. What do you not understand
