I can only guess that you're deliberately ignoring the multiple times we've said that this scripture is true. In fact, most of the scriptures we've posted we've agreed with. We all understand the truth of the scriptures pertaining to how one comes to know the Lord. We must be born again.
Children of the flesh are not children of God. We must be born again. The called out believers, the church consist of Jews and Gentiles. No one disagrees.
What everyone is saying here that disagrees with what you believe, is that GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH HIS CHOSEN NATION?
We've given scripture after scripture and you super spiritualize them to change their meaning. We've given many scriptures that show that God is going to restore the JEWISH NATION in her land and bring Judah and Israel back together again as one people.
Unfortunately Israel will go through a lot more suffering (Jacob's trouble) in the future. She'll be surrounded by her enemies and many will be killed.
THE NATION will again have temple worship with Jesus ruling on earth for a thousand years. 2/3rd's of the Jews will be killed, but 1/3 will survive and will enter into the New Covenant with God, will be born again, born from above and will look on Him whom they have pierced and mourn.
No one has the Jews on a pedastel or is worshipping them. God still loves His CHOSEN people, His chosen nation. He says so. He chose them and He's continuing a work to fulfill His promises to them. It doesn't mean He loves their sin. They've been punished dearly for their sins, but God still loves them as a NATION. And because He does, we worship Him and so love His NATION ISRAEL. We're rooting for her and rejoice that one day as a NATION, Israel will come to know her Messiah!
We are being obedient to scripture by praying for the peace of Jerusalem. We are being obedient to scripture by believing that God's word is true and believing it at face value that God is going to do what He says He's going to do.
On the other hand, you disagree with what we believe. In the final analysis, we've all gone on and on about how we believe. I think it's time to call it a night.
I, for one am done.
Those who are being led of His Spirit will believe the truth. If we're in error, God will reveal it. We can trust Him because of Hus promise that the Holy Spirit will lead and guide us into all truth.
Good night all! It's been a pleasure to find those who are like-minded, who bless Israel and love her because God does. What He says will happen, WILL HAPPEN. Glory Hallelujah!
