timothy 2 12 has been translated that a woman should not teach or have authority over a man but the word teachis the wrong word it should be instruct, a woman should not instruct or have authority over a man
1Co 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
1Co 11:10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.
Heb 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
1Pe 1:12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.
The authority structure of God on earth as applied to His Church, which angels are the last in that authority structure, for the saints will have a higher position in heaven than the angels.
The world has an authority structure concerning military, government, school system, and so forth so things run smooth without fighting over who is in charge, and so does God.
Luk 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Luk 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
Mar 12:25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.
1Co 11:11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.
Gal 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
When a person receives the Spirit the kingdom of God is within them, for they display the ways of God on earth, and belong to that kingdom.
In heaven the saints do not marry for their is no gender between them, but they are equal being a soul in a glorified body.
Therefore in the kingdom of God, in the Lord, while on earth, a male and a female are equal, and a female can consider herself equal to a male, even the preacher.
1Ti 2:11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
1Ti 2:12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1Co 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
1Co 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
1Co 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
When the saints gather together to worship God, and hear the word of God, then it should be a man to take the lead, per the authority structure of God on earth, and when he has the floor he is in charge, so do not speak, and interrupt him, and this also includes the men.
A woman cannot usurp authority over a man, but she can consider herself equal to him, but when the preacher has the floor, and a woman speaks she is usurping authority above him by taking away his authority to whoever she is talking to, when he is in charge, unless the preacher tells her to speak.
But the men and the women are equal when the saints gather together, but it should be a man to lead the congregation.
But a woman can teach a man like at her house, and on the street, and even in Church as long as she is not among the congregation when the preacher has the floor, and the preacher might even want to hear her matter on something when he is not in charge anymore of the congregation after they disassemble.
Jas 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
1Co 14:26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.
Act 2:16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
Act 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
Act 2:18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy.
God gives to all saints equally concerning the truth of His word, and does not give the preacher more understanding of the word of God than a common pew sitter, which any saint can understand as much as the preacher, and maybe more if they study diligently, or in an area he has not studied as much, including both men and women.
Women can speak in Church, for shall they not sing unto the Lord, and give testimonies.
The preacher, a man, is in charge, and has the floor when he is speaking, and all people should be quiet including the men, and when he is done leading, and gives the service over to the saints, then the saints collectively can add to the service sharing their knowledge, their prophesy, tongues, which include both men and women, for they are equal in the Lord, and the preacher is not in charge for he gave it to the saints to add to the service, for many participating in the service is better than one man that is the only one participating, for collectively they can come to a better understanding, and be better edified.
Maybe they had a problem at that one Church of interrupting the service when the preacher was at home, and to ask her husband when he gets home if she has any questions, but that might not mean he can answer her, or he knows more than her, but she does not know, and if he does not know they can figure it out together.
