We let (our) emotions out and then we let them reign and call it what God made me to be. Yet, God has let nothing of our old life to be.We have this idea that our personalities are different, (which is true), therefore God made some to be mean and some to be not so mean; but the essence of any Christian, regardless of personality, is a life found in Christ Jesus. Thus, we must first sit in things already accomplished in Christ in all things in our lives to see the point of any speaking or acting or allowance of emotions. As Lord, He will shine His light thru us, always lifting Him up in our behavior as the standard He implants within us. We are dead; yet we are alive in Christ!
3 Don’t let selfishness and prideful agendas take over. Embrace true humility, and lift your heads to extend love to others. (Philippians 2:3).
When one is mean acting to represent God they are seeking exceptional moments and are living a lie. When one is mean and claim, " This is what God has made me to become..." also is living a lie and the truth is not in him. God will give us His touches of inspiration only when He sees that we are not in danger of being led away by them. We must never consider our moments of inspiration as the standard way of life - our work is our standard. To live a life alone with God does not mean that we live it apart from everyone else. The connection between godly men and women and those associated with them is continually revealed in the Bible. Being mean is never in the economy of God's work or in the economy of the Children of God by way of personality. Whether a right of ours, or a means to an end in His work - being mean is simply ungodly.. Hate that which is evil, cling to that which is good, but never be mean; otherwise it is fruit of self-awareness over righteousness in our lives; and as we look inward from without, instead of looking from within outwardly thru the spirit, we will be rocked emotionally and tossed by every wind out there ..
