Hey never mind I did send the PM meant for Brain to you, but I don't see how it was "nasty", but I sent it to you on accident, and just incase people are curious if it was "nasty" or not here it is.

"Ol’ Calminian must live with a bunch of scarecrows with all the straw men he builds. He said “If you agree with that, you disagree with Jim who says christians never fall into sin, and can always resist certain sins”, and “You are saying that a saved christian cannot commit certain sins but can commit others”, lol I sure wish he could point out exactly where I said these things.

Then throws this in there as his own view when this was basically what I said in the first place.

“I say that a saved christian is capable of any sin. Habitually, he no longer practices sins on an ongoing basis, but he can still slip up from time to time.”

This is the argument in Christianity that I hate the most, like Jesus died as a free pass to heaven, for you to sins as much as you want and it doesn’t matter? I just hate it when people are convinced of this like he is, throwing Romans 7 out like he skipped over 6. It sucks because I know too and I thought I was saved for a long time under that same deception, but once we are shown that truth by God, we now have to speak it as He puts it on our hearts. I really feel for this guy, he really thinks he knows what this stuff is all about, and I stumble with how to describe the change He makes in us, and how very REAL the supernatural is once that veil is lifted. All he hears is me say “Christians don’t sin”, and just “proclaiming Jesus” isn’t enough for salvation (which it’s not). He just doesn’t even try to see my point of view, and I even acknowledged a point he made about what I said about a Christian not committing the same sin twice. I just hate to see people fight for those deceptions put out here to trip us up, however I do also know it’s all His plan and I have no say in who comes to Him or who doesn’t. I would say “thanks for having my back”, but we both know we were just doing what we’re called to.

Just out of curiosity where are you from? (You don’t have to answer if you don’t want) I’m down here in the Florida panhandle and this is where I grew up to. Anyways thanks again for the support brother, and may God continue to light your way."
Boy looking at this gossip PM, it's also slanderous. I don't believe any of the things you're accusing me of here. Remember, this whole argument started with you taking issue that I believed any christian could commit any sin. I still hold fast to that. You took that, and then tried to spread rumors about me endorsing licentiousness, even though I denied this numerous times.

It's also interesting you say this PM is not nasty. I can assure you that gossip and slander are among the nastiest diseases you can introduce to a christian community. Yet it's a favorite sin among christians, as I'm guilty of it myself.

At any rate, I know you didn't mean to send this to me, but it does speak to our disagreement quite well. Any christian can commit any sin. Hopefully now you better understand the point I was making.

I fail to find a single command in the New Covenant to worship on any particular day, or that Sunday was other than a day under the lordship of Jesus. Jesus is our sabbath rest, that being but one of a multitude of New Covenant benefits. It is my belief Saturday sabbath was a sign of the old covenant, for the Jews, not intended for Gentiles of their day, or Christians. Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath according to
Then you fail to understand.

Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment. [This covers 1-5 of the 10 commandments.]

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. [This covers 6-10 of the 10 commandments.]
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

It is written which is the Sabbath day and EVEN tells why.

Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

God NEVER unhallowed the Sabbath day as some here are claiming. Be warned. God will not be mocked.

Jesus remembered the sabbath day and kept it holy. Jesus said to follow him and to do as he did. I don't understand why this is such a stumbling block for so many that would agree that we should refrain from adultery.

Furthermore...

Islam's sabbath is on the 6th day; the day that God created man.

LOL. Busted gossiping. No, problem it happens. The old man won't go away til the day we're glorified.

Hopefully you can see now my point. Any christian is capable of any sin. You can put up a front, but it's just that. Try to lift yourself up as righteous, you'll be exposed fast. We're all wretched sinners, and I'm right there with ya fighting the same impulses.
It's a daily battle, your right in the since that as long as we have flesh, we will be tempted, but with the Holy Spirit, we now have the tools to overcome sin, but as a knew creation, we don't fall for the same stuff anymore (the struggle) is gone. So to say your a wretched sinner, doesn't calculate to what I am. I am a christian that fights being tempted by the devil and winning, giving God the glory to my triumphs. The fight gets easier and easier with the flesh, how many times can we fail the same test? Especially being conscious of the Holy Spirit, so to have God with us and say we're wretched sinners like everyone else is wrong, we must learn to walk in the path of perfection as Jesus did, and we will get trials to prove that we can overcome, it's not ok to sin, period.

Rom. 7:22 For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. 23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. 24 O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? 25 I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord!

So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.

That was Paul, not me. And I fear this passage may apply to you.

Rev. 3:15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, “I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.

Can't view youtube here, the firewall blocks it. What does it say?
It shows how the prophecy of the Holy Scriptures are an exact mirror opposite of the prophecies of the Qu'Ran. It asks the question, "Where are Muslims prophesied of in the bible?" It then shows you the prophecies and how they overlap one another showing that the messiah of Islam (the Mahdi) is the man of perdition (antichrist) warned of in scripture.

Strong's Concordance
antichristos: antichrist, (one who opposes Christ)
Original Word: ἀντίχριστος, ου, ὁ
Part of Speech: Noun, Masculine
Transliteration: antichristos
Phonetic Spelling: (an-tee'-khris-tos)
Short Definition: antichrist
Definition: antichrist, either one who puts himself in the place of, or the enemy (opponent) of the Messiah.

Consider, the word An-tee mean opponent or in the place of, I believe antichrist mean both.

By place yourself as a Christ, mean you oppose Christ.

Christ is only one and not human. If human call himself Christ/God. He is oppose Christ.

This mean, I believe is not come from Muslim. Muslim not consider Christ as a God. This antichrist pretend to be God. Though by his pretending automatically he deny Christ secretly, and also mean deny God the Father.

Who ever deny Son mean deny the Father.

Muslim deny Christ patently.

this is my opinion.

In place of and oppose in the same time. fit to Pope.

BF, you're in denial. You are a wretched sinner whether you admit it or not. You couldn't hold a candle to Paul, and he was a wretched sinner, in fact he thought of himself as the foremost of sinners.

1Tim. 1:15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.

If you want to be like Paul, you need to get off this silly denial of your own sin. You're a wretch and scoundrel. All your works are like filthy rags to the Lord. You're not even fit to tie the sandals of Paul, yet you find it hard to admit you're a sinner like he has. You need to wise up, and wise up fast.

I guess nothing I've shown you will make you wise up, if you want to go on living in sin, you do it at your own discretion. Don't go on preaching sin is ok around me though, because I will call you out on it, as I see it. We must walk, as He walked, if your not up to do that, then don't call yourself a follower of Christ. He is chief over sinners, doesn't say he is one, I think your misinterpreting ...again, but hey, do what you will but don't say you haven't heard otherwise, that would now be a lie.

I was a wretched sinner, so were all of man, Peter the fishermen, David, Paul, all of them, but once following Christ, they walked as He walked, what are you not understanding?

If we don't walk as He did there is consequences ... Period. Now why would I preach that we can sin, but hey, someone in your family might die, or you, or your legacy may not live on the right way as we want. Why wouldn't I say, pick up your cross, and follow Jesus, did Jesus sin? Why would Jesus heal a women, and say sin no more?

No you are a wretched sinner. Paul did not use past these speaking about his sinfulness. Oh wretched man I am. I am the chief of sinners.

You're not a former sinner, BF. I know that hurts your pride, but its something you need desperately to accept.

OP, the mark will not come from Islam as we gladly accept apple pay and put cash away. The mark must be taken willingly and with out deceit. I meant you know what you are doing when you take it. It is denying Christ

John 8:11
She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Proverbs 26:11 - As a dog returneth to his vomit, [so] a fool returneth to his folly.

Hebrews 10:26 - For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

Hosea 13:2 - And now they sin more and more, and have made them molten images of their silver, [and] idols according to their own understanding, all of it the work of the craftsmen: they say of them, Let the men that sacrifice kiss the calves.

Romans 2:16 - In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.

Matthew 12:33 - 12:35

33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by [his] fruit.

34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

There are plenty more but here's a few to think about...
