The Bible says "Do unto to others as you would have them do unto you". I don't think anyone would want to be tortured, so we shouldn't do that to someone else. Prison is already a hard time. You can't do anything you want in prison. Torturing people means someone has to do it aswell. Wouldn't someone be wicked to torture someone else. I don't think a born again Christian could even think of really torturing someone else. It makes the people who do it wicked.

If torture could reveal the location of a hidden nuclear bomb that a terrorist was hiding, would you forbid torturing a Muslim terrorist, and risk the lives of thousands or millions of innocent human beings in New York City or other places where a Muslim terrorist might try to detonate a nuclear device? Would you try to be nice and kind to a Muslim terrorist who is intent on murdering millions of innocent Americans (Russians, Israelis, Italians, etc.)?
Is torture absolute forbidden under all circumstances? Do not human lives matter?

Now this, i don't understand. When it comes to a teaching about Mary or some other element of the Catholic Faith, people say oh i can't make a decision because it is not supported in the Bible. Yet in a topic like this people are willing to go with common sense or their own feelings when making their decision because the Bible doesnt mention it. Why is this?

For the record, people in The USA believe that 9/11 was Muslim Extremist. It matters alot. I don't think anyone seriously believes that our government did that. It's not good for you to just sit there and speculate that all those people died because of our government. By the way, they got Osama Bin Laden! And people here really believe he was behind the terror attack. That kind of belief is not popular in the USA. If our government wanted something they would vote in the House and Senate.
