but tell me this everyone, god is eternal correct? which means he is without end or beginning, but look at this. 1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

read it carefully to see what it is saying, God is Eternal. but we notice, in the beginning was the word, and the word was with god, and the word was god. and later down in the chapter we see that THE WORD was MADE FLESH. now Eternal means lasting or existing forever without end or beginning but we see that the word had a beginning and it was made flesh and was the only begotten son of the father now read this with an open mind not what you knew before or in some denomination it is right there. Jesus was the fullness of the godhead bodily. in christ dwelt God. The body of Jesus was the only tabernacle of God, the difference with God and Jesus is God had no beginning but Jesus had a beginning, there is no trinity how could the son be his own father? he is the word of god and we notice when he was baptized the spirit of God came down into him To dwell in him, he was the tabernacle of God

For example, Jehovah is “from everlasting to everlasting.” But the Bible says that Jesus is “the firstborn of every creature.” That Jehovah is greater than Jesus, Jesus himself taught when he said: “My Father is greater than I.” (Matthew 6:9; Psalm 90:1, 2; Colossians 1:15; John 14:28, King James Version) Yet, the Trinity doctrine holds that the Father and the Son are “equally God.”The Father’s superiority over the Son, as well as the fact that the Father is a separate person, is highlighted also in the prayers of Jesus, such as the one before his execution:“Father, if you wish, remove this cup [that is, an ignominious death] from me.Nevertheless, let, not my will, but yours take place.” (Luke 22:42) If God and Jesus are “one in essence,” as the Trinity doctrine says, how could Jesus’ will, or wish, seem different from that of his Father?—Hebrews 5:7, 8; 9:24.

This Word, or Lo′gos, was God’s only direct creation, the only-begotten son of God Jesus, and evidently the close associate of God to whom God was speaking when he said: “Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness.” (Ge 1:26) Hence John continued, saying: “This one was in the beginning with God. All things came into existence through him, and apart from him not even one thing came into existence.”—Joh 1:2, 3.

Because Jesus made Himself fully God and also fully man. As Jesus, it is true, as Jesus, THE MAN, that is, but, yes, it is true that not even Jesus knew the day or the hour of the coming of the Son of Man .

Think about it. Jesus was a man, on Earth, like each of us, but without sin, this is how He made Himself, this is how it is written . It is how things needed to be, Jesus as a man, doing His Father's will, not on His own authority but on God's, in order that Scripture could be fulfilled, as it is written :)

Jesus, God, and, the Holy Spirit are One. That is the trinity. It's not a word mentioned in the bible but it is how God set things up of Himself while on Earth and before He went to heaven to sit on a throne at the right hand of God.

Don't try so hard to pick it all apart, just believe, through faith, that God can do all things, even 'seperate' Himself into three distinct different Ones while He still is One :)

If Jesus was separate from God when he came to earth as you say and that when he went back to heaven they became 1 again why after Jesus died and was resurrected why does 1 Corinthians 11:3 say : "But I want YOU to know that the head of every man is the Christ;+ in turn the head of a woman is the man;+ in turn the head of the Christ is God.+" ?? .. Still showing when Jesus was not in hes MAN form and in heaven Jehovah and Jesus were still not equal.

Jehovah is God Almighty, and Jesus his Son. The two of them were not equal before Jesus came to the earth or during his earthly life; nor did Jesus become equal to his Father after being resurrected to heaven.

ok look at this closely and carefully sister rose i know you know this verse but look at it careful and read what it is saying 1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.2 The same was in the beginning with God.

do you see ? the word WAS with god and who is the word? JESUS CHRIST OUR SAVIOR, THE WORD BECAME FLESH WHO WAS THE WORD THAT BECAME FLESH? JESUS CHRIST, god was talking to his beloved son who was with him IN THE BEGINNING SEE? US is 2 person LET US create man in OUR image after OUR likeness, do you see?

jesus is god, jesus is the fullness of god in him they are dual whenever they saw jesus they saw the father also because god was in him expressing himself in him, it's a dual being in 1 being do you see? notice when healing was done jesus would say it is the father that is in me that did it? we become like how christ was when we become baptized with the holy spirit and look what jesus is praying him 11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. [h=3]John 17:11[/h]

Jesus is God

Trinity is simple:

Father is God Almighty
Jesus is God Almighty
Holy Spirit is God Almighty

But the Father is not the Son
The Son is not the Spirit
And the Spirit is not the Father

If the Father was the Son, then why are you distinguishing between the two as Father and Son? Because one plays as the begotten Son, the other the Father of creation. But they both are God Almighty. This is complicated for most to understand, but the bible specifically states the truine God.

John was referring to our beginning (The starting of mankind), but in our beginning, God has already existed. The word son actually means, " Branched from or firm branch and which a daughter is a tender branch/ and which all is begotten". When something that proceed from God is a son, like when God speaks, the word has came from Him; and when God has breathe into us was His son that has enter into us that has given us life. So we has branched from His Son which means that we are the fruits on His branch. But all are one, except the fallen fruits that detached themselves from the tree (which will be thrown away). So God have compassion for us and which His compassion has manifested into flesh and given to us and the ones that received His Compassion will be relieve (Salvation) from His judgement.

God was not talking to His beloved Son in the beginning. He was talking to the Word, the same One who CREATED all things. As you say, friend, the Word took upon Himself flesh....BUT it was then that He took the name of Jesus. The Word remained Creator even in His flesh. It was at His death that Jesus (the name given to the Word in the flesh), went back to Heaven as the incarnated Word. The Word has many titles: Messenger of the LORD, Son, Jesus, the Christ, the Lamb, but it has always been the Word who fulfills the will of the Father, as He did as Jesus.

Yes, the Son was the image of the invisible God. In fact, He was the exact duplicate of God's essence. If He had the exact make-up as the Father and the Father is God, then He is certainly God also. Though there be different administrations, there is but ONE GOD working all in all.

God does allow us to address the different parts of Him separately. The Lord's Prayer shows us that. We are to address it to the Father, and to ask the Son for forgiveness.

It is when a person closes out one aspect of God that we get in trouble. "Just follow Jesus". We are to follow God.

The Son is the Father by faith, joshers, in believing that Jesus is the Son Of God. :) In believing that the bible says what it says and it says 'The Word,' who is Jesus, IS 'God.' "And the Word was God." Now the actual bible can't be God so this is talking of Jesus, who is The Word. Can't be any clearer.

fromHisbible: they are seperate, and, it's said above, almost. The Word was with God, this speaks of a seperation. But, then, the very next verse says, 'The Word was God,' so, that is how God can be Jesus and don't forget the Holy Spirit. God is everywhere. Yes, He sent us a Helper, but the Helper is of Himself, just like Jesus is of Himself. When YOU are looking at Jesus, you are looking at the Almighty God, in a form you can see Him. Remember, we can't see God, He is too bright. But, Jesus, now He is someone we can all relate with and God sent His Son to Earth so we could learn to see what kind of a 'person' God really is :)

The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit is three correct? Under the divinity of one God right?
It's not the Father, the Father, and the Father is it?
But the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus prayed to the Father, that alone shows us the Father is not the Son, but they both are God.

If Jesus said the Father will send the Holy Spirit, are you denying that Jesus is no longer at the right hand of God?

Is not Jesus right now at the right hand of the Father? And if He is, then who is the Holy Spirit that dwells in us? It's God, but in a separate person.

I had to un 'like' your post, sorry , joshers. no, Jesus has no beginning, He too was with God from beginning foundations of the world, Scripture tells us, notice the seperation and yet Jesus was NEVER born with a beginning, He was with God BEFORE , notice that word, too, 'before,' the foundations of the world. :)
but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. 20For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you 21who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God

So, Jesus was with God before time began and came back 'in these last times' speaking of Jesus walking on Earth, who is God :)
Again, this Truth is hard to grasp and believe, and, believe you me, I struggled with the idea of God being Jesus being Holy Spirit, three seperate persons of God but, still, the One true God :) But, I just let my faith become different and let the Lord show me that He, indeed, can manifest Himself as Scripture sounds and be in different places at once of Himself and still be the one true God, triiune in nature, He just is, that makes Him a trinity. Just does. Scripture doesn't have to say anything of that Truth, the truth of God's words in Scripture speak for themself, uh, rather, for Himself :)
