No, that command of the Lord can not be executed, as there is no priests nor temple of God at this point in time. There will however be again in future, in other words, during the time of the new covenant, or stated otherwise - the time of the "New Testament", as this prophesy of God has not yet come to pass (Ezekiel 40 - 48):

Ezekiel 40 (ESV)

1 In the twenty-fifth year of our exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was struck down, on that very day, the hand of the Lord was upon me, and he brought me to the city. 2 In visions of God he brought me to the land of Israel, and set me down on a very high mountain, on which was a structure like a city to the south. 3 When he brought me there, behold, there was a man whose appearance was like bronze, with a linen cord and a measuring reed in his hand. And he was standing in the gateway. 4 And the man said to me, "Son of man, look with your eyes, and hear with your ears, and set your heart upon all that I shall show you, for you were brought here in order that I might show it to you. Declare all that you see to the house of Israel." 5 And behold, there was a wall all around the outside of the temple area, and the length of the measuring reed in the man's hand was six long cubits, each being a cubit and a handbreadth in length. So he measured the thickness of the wall, one reed; and the height, one reed. 6 Then he went into the gateway facing east, going up its steps, and measured the threshold of the gate, one reed deep. 7 And the side rooms, one reed long and one reed broad; and the space between the side rooms, five cubits; and the threshold of the gate by the vestibule of the gate at the inner end, one reed. 8 Then he measured the vestibule of the gateway, on the inside, one reed. 9 Then he measured the vestibule of the gateway, eight cubits; and its jambs, two cubits; and the vestibule of the gate was at the inner end. 10 And there were three side rooms on either side of the east gate. The three were of the same size, and the jambs on either side were of the same size....
ohhh !!! I see . Pick and choose is it ? lol

Ezekiel 43 (ESV)

4 As the glory of the Lord entered the temple by the gate facing east, 5 the Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the temple.

Ezekiel 46 (ESV)

20 And he said to me, "This is the place where the priests shall boil the guilt offering and the sin offering, and where they shall bake the grain offering, in order not to bring them out into the outer court and so transmit holiness to the people."

It will be done once again in future, in the restored Kingdom of Israel, ruled by Christ Yeshua as King, once his temple has been restored. As for now, it is IMPOSSIBLE to obey that command, as the TEMPLE IS DESTROYED. Maybe God will commission a tabernacle with a priestly order before the temple prophesied for in Ezekiel, that I do not know.

Yes I do recognize context, BUT NEVER CAN THERE BE A CONTEXT FOR DISREGARDING CHRIST YESHUA'S WORD OF ETERNAL VALUE. If it happens to not correspond to your interpretation of Paul's writings, go back to Paul's writings and see what is IT'S CONTEXT, instead of QUESTIONING CHRIST YESHUA'S ETERNAL TEACHINGS.

I can not disregard Christ Yeshua's teachings, just because almost all of it happened before his resurrection, and was written about AFTER HIS ASCENSION TO HEAVEN, by his disciples, turned apostles, of which eleven out of twelve were martyred to death for their testimony. One survived his boiling pot martyring, the apostle John, and you question the eternal truth that Christ Yeshua brought by his gospel, the Gospel of John.

2 Peter 3 (ESV)

15 And count the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him, 16 as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures. 17 You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, take care that you are not carried away with the error of lawless people and lose your own stability. 18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

Christ Yeshua: "This is the work of God, that ye believe "

You: "notice the contrast?" "Faith is not ' works '"

Maybe what you meant, I do not know, maybe you will clarify what you meant, is:

Our faith is not our work, our faith is the work of God, His gift to us.

Ephesians 2 (ESV)

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,

No your going too far . I don't dismiss a single word of the bible.
GraceAndTruth said:
When the disciples asked Jesus......what work must we do to be saved?
Jesus gave a one answer - "BELIEVE"

John 6: 28-29
28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

New testament. Rom 3
26To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

27¶Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

28Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

1) of works?
2) law of faith

notice the contrast?

Faith is not ' works ' .
Then read rom 4 and see it contrasted. Works and faith . OPPOSITE .

So you rightly see a command by Jesus and you know that it does not apply to you today. Correct ? Thats all my point is when distinguishing between the Old testament ( before his death) and the New testament ( After his death)
People start virtue signalling and become all sanctimonious when you point out a difference , a transition and something that's passed or something yet future . Thats all im doing .

Can you show me anything in the new testament where faith is a work? Faith comes by hearing . its not a super power .

If you dismiss Paul's teachings your not following Jesus.
You are putting words in my mouth, which is bearing false witness.

Paul's teachings have not been dismissed by me, nor Peter - the interpretation of Paul's writings is sometimes twisted by lawless people, and that is what is warned against in 2 Peter 3:15 - 18:

2 Peter 3 (ESV)

Again you who have dismissed Christ Yeshua's words, like to deflect and once again bear false witness, to now accuse me of "virtue signalling"? I leave you to it, I have brought your attention to your actions, it is now on your conscious.

Faith is not the gift in Eph 2.8 .
Even John Calvin agreed on that point .
In the new testament Faith is the opposite to work .
27¶Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

28Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Rom 4
5¶But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, HIS !!!!!!!!! faith is counted for righteousness.

As I said, I leave you to it. You'll find it in God's words, Christ Yeshua God the Son's words. Be careful not to misinterpret the words of men, like Paul, Calvin, myself, yourself, or others.

I suppose it depends on our individual definitions of Spirit and Soul. For example, I was taught that Soul has two meanings. Our living bodies and our own life force that dwells within. The Spirit as well has different meanings also but for the sake of time the meaning that applies is, the part of god that dwells within us after we receive the Holy Spirit and Salvation.

You put words in my mouth (see your bold text above), and that is bearing false witness.

The "nation of Israel" is not the Israel me nor Romans 11 is referring to (is it to you?). The Restored Kingdom of Israel, under Kingship of Christ Yeshua, is obviously for his Body of believers in Christ. How can you separate Christ Yeshua from his body of believers, grafted into the restored Israel from all "in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."?

Acts 1 (ESV)

6 So when they had come together, they asked him, "Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?" 7 He said to them, "It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by his own authority. 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
You are funny,

I am stating my own belief there and you accuse me of bearing false witness and putting words into “your mouth”? 🤔
