Another universal truth that we can agree on....

That as sin has reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 5:21

Amazing how sure-footed!

(A hind is a mother deer that lives in the mountains of the Bible lands. The hind is one of the most sure footed animals in the world. When she goes up the side of the mountain she uses her front feet to test for loose stones on the slope. When she finds firm ground she then places her back feet in the exact spot that her front feet were placed. If she did not test the rocky incline with her front feet, the loose stones would cause her to slip and fall down the mountain. The young deer follow their mother step by step placing their feet exactly where the mother hind had placed her feet. This exact tracking means life to both the hind and her young. God's Word is like the mother hind to us. The Word is sure, tried and tested. If we will stand on the solid ground tested by God's Word and place our feet where the Word has set its feet we too will be set upon our high places and never fall.)

Amen for sure and a prime example that is given in creation of how to stay sure footed when walking that fine path and straight and narrow way.......!

Amen to this one as well....Habakkuk is a book that teaches that God is God and he does what he wants when he wants and how he wants....As he raises up the Babylonians to judge Judah and then turns around and judges the Babylonians for the way they conquer Judah.....

as is Jonah! - and here is another truth from Jonah, who thought he could escape the 'works prepared beforehand' for him, and even having done God's will, was at error in his heart -

no man can undo the will of the Almighty, and He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy!

I know that is a trip....Jonah never did understand how God could have mercy on a people that Jonah knew would be used to destroy the Northern Kingdom of Israel......he never fully comprehended the mercy of God directed at the enemies of Israel......

Only the Word of God can both create (everything) and destroy (ex. Sodam and Gamorra) by pure Will.

But there are some things God cannot do. God cannot lie. God cannot tempt, God cannot go against His Word. God cannot change the rules on us as God's Word is truth. God cannot create something He cannot control. God does not have free will as He cannot go against His chracter.

God is always truthful with us.

Only satan is the father of lies. Hey there's one thing satan is...a complete absolute liar. What a shame for him cause he can never be trusted...aww poor guy lol. What an idiot wanting to be God. Dumbest thought ever in history "I wanna be God"...um dummy, God made you lol
