I see this church as the prosperity Gospel preachers of today.
Fair enough. But it is really applicable to apostate churches which claim they are Christian even though the majority of members are not saved (since the true Gospel is not preached). The "white raiment" which the Lord offers the unsaved is His own righteousness to be received by faith. The "eye salve" which He offers is the gift of the Holy Spirit, so that those who are saved can see the Kingdom of God, and see spiritual truth. Since the church as Laodicea represents every apostate church, those offers are still applicable, if men will repent and believe the Gospel.
